This paper considered the problem of the design of exponential stability non-fragile controller for a class of discrete-time large-scale systems with delays.Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality approach,the state feedback non-fragile controller was given to guarantee the exponential stability of the systems.A sufficient condition was expressed in terms of linear matrix inequality which could be easily solved by the toolbox of Matlab.
