高校实验室是培养人才、 产出前沿科技成果的重要载体,而实验室安全是高校实验室管理工作的重中之重.随着高校"双一流"建设要求的提出,现代信息技术的发展,实验室安全面临很多新的问题.从建立系统的安全管理制度、 合理使用化学品及科学处理其废弃物、 强化安全教育、 加强实验技术人员队伍建设四个方面着手,阐述了在"双一流"建设、 教育信息化发展等新形势下高校化学实验室安全建设过程中存在的问题及应对措施.
The paper designed a chemical experiment based on carbon dots which own excellent fluorescence properties.Students need to synthesize blue and green carbon dots through "bottom-up" method, search the relationship between fluorescence excitation spectra and fluorescence emission spectra, measure the fluorescence quantum yield by comparing with a reference fluorophore, explore the changes of fluorescence spectra at different concentrations and pH, and apply the carbon dots to anti-counterfeit materials.All these will make students have a good command of fluorescence principle, such as fluorescence excitation spectrum, fluorescence emission spectrum, fluorescence quantum yield, Stokes shift and the factors that influence fluorescence.We also encourage students to apply the knowledge they have learned to their daily life.
: Based on the adsorption characteristics of activated carbon and the magnetic properties of nano-Fe 3 O 4 , a recyclable and low-cost nano-Fe 3 O 4 was designed to circumvent the problem that traditional water treatment materials cannot be reused and easily remained in water. This experiment is problem-based using Fe 3 O 4 @C composite materials as the carrier, to help students master the basic preparation of inorganic nano materials, performance characterization methods, improve students’ ability of data processing and interpretation. This experiment provides a new comprehensive laboratory teaching mode, and the online teaching is adopted through the introduction, use and data software in learning of large instruments, while the offline practice is adopted for material preparation and wastewater treatment performance evaluation. This experiment overcame the weakness in traditional inorganic chemistry laboratory teaching, such as weak characterization methods and data processing training. This experiment can be used as a comprehensive experiment for inorganic chemistry, modern instrumental analysis and other theoretical courses.
In order to let students understand the general synthesis method of nanomaterials and instill the concept of controllable synthesis of nanomaterials, the green synthesis method is used to prepare Cu2O microparticles of different colors by the liquid phase reduction method.In this experiment, glucose was used as the reducing agent, and the Bancol reagent was used to react under alkaline conditions.The cuprous oxide sol of different sizes and morphologies was successfully synthesized, and the morphology of the sample was characterized by a biological microscope.The control mechanism of Cu2O morphology was explored by shape model of Cu2O to realize the effective control of the morphology and particle size.The degradation performance of Cu2O as a visible light catalyst on the organic dye methylene blue was evaluated.This experiment involves the synthesis, control and application of nanomaterials, which is conducive to cultivating students' ability to observe, analyze and solve problems.At the same time, the application of nanomaterials to the sewage treatment of organic dyes will help cultivate students' environmental awareness and professional power.
物理化学实验是具有承上启下桥梁作用的重要基础实验课程.该课程一般要使用多种常规物理化学实验仪器, 测量体系物理量的变化, 综合分析得出实验结论.此类实验具有综合性强、知识点多及能力要求高的特点再加上分组化教学方式的影响, 使得学生普遍反馈该课程难学, 任课教师同样反馈该课程难教.为尽量克服以上不利影响, 提高实验教学质量, 课程教学小组对物理化学实验课程作出多处改革并付诸实践,同时指出该课程现存的不足之处, 提出今后课程改革发展构想.
: This paper introduces the reform measures on the general chemistry principle laboratory, which is provided for the science-majored students by the chemistry laboratory center of Xi’an Jiaotong University after the admissions by categories. The reform involves many aspects, including reforming the laboratory teaching system, adopting the hybrid teaching method, blending in the course ideological element and strengthening the process evaluation, etc. These measures correspondingly enhanced the cultivation to the students’ awareness of environmental, active exploration, scientific thinking and practical and realistic scientism. The acquired results were also presented.
: Constructing the extracurricular chemistry open experiments for non-major students would help to raise the participation of students in practice instruction, thus benefiting more students. This paper has introduced the construction measures and practical experience about extracurricular chemistry open experiment for non-major students from the following aspects: the attentions in constructing the extracurricular chemistry open experiments for non-major students, the diversified construction of teaching resources and the teaching methods reform.
The concept, cause and value of Chinese Advanced Placement (CAP) are introduced in this paper. Taking concise organic chemistry as an example, the construction process and operation of a CAP course are discussed. CAP courses improve the link between high school and college courses, and the construction and effective implementation of CAP system can help disseminate advanced teaching ideas and sharing of high-quality teaching resources. At the same time, multi-angle learning ability evaluation can facilitate the recruitment of students for universities. The construction of CAP curriculum system is an inevitable trend of the development of teaching reform in the new era. However, there are still some problems such as the authority of CAP courses, the difficulty in the recognition of grades and credits, the lack of qualified high school teachers for CAP and the increase of students' academic burden. It is a feasible way to construct CAP system on top-level design by the national education department, and provide the courses running management, test evaluation service and teacher training service by the professional and authoritative third-party institutions.
The inorganic chemistry of elements is characterized by rich and descriptive contents. To improve the teaching effect, the blended learning is used to combine the advantages of traditional face-to-face teaching with digital learning. The enriched teaching resources are presented diversely and the important knowledge points are practiced in many ways. Meanwhile, the teaching contents, teaching methods and examination and valuation methods are improved. An active learning mode with students as the center and teacher guidance has been established. The preliminary practice shows that the blended learning mode is popular among students, has positive significance to enhance individualized teaching, and improves teaching effect and cultivate innovation ability.
在无机化学定性实验中,有时分步沉淀不能实现,效果不理想。本文以两个体系的沉淀反应为例,从理论上计算了分步沉淀实验的可行性与可操作性。
