本文介绍了三菱A系列PLC与计算机通过以太网通信的一种方法。利用专用组件进行网络参数设置和系统配置,并利用VB.NET进行编程采集数据,最后将采集的数据存入SQL数据库。
In order to reduce the weight of the spreader and improve material utilization and job security,an optimal design method on the large cutter support plate in the spreader of 2500t ring crane was proposed,which was based on ANSYS.By means of the parametric modeling and the finite element analysis of the large cutter support plate,an optimization mathematics was established based on its minimum volume taken as the optimization target and the maximum stressas the restraint condition.The optimal variables were determined by the sensitivity analysis among the main structural parameters.According to the results of each level of optimization,a better design field was ascertained and the design space was modified to run a multi-level optimization.The result indicated that the volume of the large cutter support plate was reduced to 41.5﹪,while the maximum stress only increased 0.82﹪.The effect of the optimization was remarkable.
This paper proposed a design about the metro deformation data distribution through the Internet.Based on the analysis of the whole system requirements including distribution and communication,database system is built before designing asp pages.The function of real-time information distribution and early warning are achieved,and the chart components are used to realize different data query forms.
