In this paper,an eight-pole broad band band-pass filter centered at 2.58 GHz is designed,fabricated,and measured.Based on computer aided design software ADS,the filter has been designed,simulated,and optimized.The response of the filter has been obtained by the simulation software.The simulated and measured results show an excellent agreement.

DDRSDRAM是一种新型的大容量存储器,由SDRAM改进而来。由于DDRSDRAM容量大、价格低、速度快,因而成为当前存储器应用的主流。本文首先对DDRSDRAM器件作了简要的介绍,然后对DDRSDRAM控制器实现的关键技术作了详细的讨论,给出了一种简单的基于低成本FPGA的控制器实现方法。
