为解决汽轮发电机组出现的半频振动问题,针对汽轮机轴承开展不同轴承结构参数及形式的理论计算和试验验证,发现轴承并不是引发半频振动的直接因素.通过进一步开展试验,发现引发机组半频振动的主要原因是主油泵前后的浮动油封浮动不畅对汽轮机转子产生了附加力.经过综合分析可知,通过增加油封环室刚性和减少浮动油封摩擦力,能消除半频振动现象,保证机组的可靠运行.
Modal analysis and modal test on a ship steam-turbine generator set are carried out. The results of simulation analysis and testing achieve a good agreement. It shows that the method of finite element modeling on the pedestal is feasible. The finite element model of pedestal has sufficient accuracy for engineering analysis. It lays the foundations for further overall analysis on the dynamiccharacteristics of steam-turbine generator set.
A three-dimensional viscous numerical simulation has been performed for a feed water pump steam turbine.The aerodynamic problem was released in the turbine.The turbine performance was influenced by the shock wave and prandtl-mayer wave in the lead edge flow zone of the first moving blade.
In this paper the former line's deficiency of type B double screw pump has been analysed,then the paper put forward the improved model.By the sealing analyses,the double screw pump has been proved to belong to the sealing type after the improvement.By the calculation,we came to the conclusion that the actual pump capacity would be increased.At last there was a list of the main shaft section for making inspection data,providing with reference data model.
There are several soon-install steam turbine generator set in an electric power system of the vessel. Paroxysmal and intermittence vibration occurs at one set. Testing shows that it is half frequency vibration of one high speed shaft which comes from losing property of the bearing oil film. Improving the bearing's stability via rebuilding the bearing's shape from column to ellipse,the abnormal vibration is avoided.
The differential pressure regulator was adjusted to get its static characteristic curve through experiment. The results showed that its performance could meet the requirement for design.
