An improved design of the conveyor system of Arjuna 1.0 electron accelerator for 3D object irradiation has been done. The penetration of low energy electrons is less than 1 cm in the surface, causing a challenge for the irradiation process for sterilization of 3D objects. We design a conveyor that can be rotated 360o to irradiate objects evenly. The dimension of this conveyor is 1750 x 600 x 800 mm and the maximum diameter of the object is 7 cm. Based on the Frame Bending Stress analysis to calculate the strength of the conveyor frame, it is shown that the maximum displacement is only 0.029 mm, which is very small so it will cause no disturbance to power transfer from the motor to the conveyor. The normal stress (Smax) is 3.926 MPa and the bending stress for Smax (Mx) and Smax (My), are 2.391 MPa and 3.925 MPa respectively. We also calculate the stress analysis of the 3 mm-thickness of the motor mount and found that the Von-Misses Stress, first, and third Principal Stress are 4.425 MPa, 5.01 MPa, and 1.95 MPa respectively. These results confirm that the design and the material used for the conveyor are safe because the stress is very low than the material’s yield strength which is 207 MPa. The power needed for this conveyor is 0.01724 kW, with a maximum speed is 880 rpm. The new model of 3D conveyor has been constructed and can be implemented to ARJUNA 1.0 to irradiate objects on all its surfaces
The objective of this paper is to examine asset misappropriation fraud during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study examines the impact of four elements of fraud risk factors and Islamic religiosity on the propensity for fraud among employees who manage assets in government organizations. Data collection involved a questionnaire distributed to 210 employees responsible for asset management within the government organization in Indonesia. Partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was utilized as a statistical method. The test results show that the theoretical model is supported by empirical data. The study revealed that pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and capability positively influence asset misappropriation with a coefficient of 0.250, 0.134, 0.211, and 0.288, respectively. These results indicate that the higher the four fraud risks, the higher the possibility of asset misappropriation in the organization. On the other hand, Islamic religiosity exhibits a negative association with asset misappropriation with a coefficient of –0.113. These results indicate that religiosity plays an important role as a preventive factor in reducing the occurrence of asset misappropriation by employees. This study contributes to limited literature exploring factors influencing occupational fraud, specifically asset misappropriation during the COVID-19 crisis. The study recommends managerial strategies to mitigate asset misappropriation within the framework of the fraud diamond model.

The aims are to analyze and identify the factors that affect demand for soybeans and the level of sensitivity (elasticity) demand of soybean in Klaten Regency. The basic method used descriptive analysis. Intake of study sites in purposive in Klaten Regency. The data is analyzed secondary data (time series) during 16 years (1993-2008). Data analysis using OLS (Ordinary Least Square) with a double logarithmic function, to obtain the coefficient of elasticity that is in use in static and dynamic analysis model. Elasticity of demand for the static model based on price elasticity, demand for soybeans is inelastic. Based on the income elasticity, soy is a normal good. Whereas for a dynamic analysis model, the elasticity of demand for short-term and long term for soybean prices is inelastic with a value of -0,134 and -0,1595. This means a change of 1% soybean prices will reduce demand for soybeans -0,134% in the short term and -0,1595% in the long term. The elasticity of demand for shortterm and long-term residents for revenue is inelastic with a value of 0,094 and 0,1119. This means that changes in population income by 1% would raise soybean demand for 0.094% in the short term and 0,1119% in the long term. The elasticity of demand for short-term and long term for the total population is elastic with a value of 2,150 and 2,5595. This means that changes in population income by 1% would raise soybean demand for 2,150% in the short term and 2,5595% in the long term.

Competitiveness can be reflected in business profits. Results of the research show that demand conditions, firm structure, factor conditions, related and supporting industries, strategy and business competition, government involvement, and chances were determinants of increasing competitiveness of the agro-industrial Sago product. However, the condition factors (physical/natural resources, infrastructure resources, human resources, capital resources, and scientific resources) determine the most. In the future, utilization conditions need to be optimized to increase the competitiveness of the Sago agro-industrial as well as improve the welfare of the community.
The aim of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the export of chili in Indonesia, determine the most dominant factor, and also the export potential of chili in the importing country. The analytical methods used are panel data analysis with gravity model and trading potential analysis. The results show that the independent variables that significantly affect Indonesia’s chili exports are Indonesia’s real GDP/capita, the real GDP/capita of the destination country, the rupiah exchange rate against the destination country, and the geographical distance between Indonesia and the destination country. The most dominant factor is the rupiah exchange rate. Indonesia’s trade is still under trade (pp > 1), so it can potentially expand the chili trade to importing countries.
The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a change in food demand. In Central Java, during the pandemic (2021), the proportion of expenditure on the grain food group was higher than in 2020; meanwhile, the proportion of the ready-to-eat food group decreased. This study aims to analyze the pattern of food consumption of carbohydrate sources, the influencing factors, and the elasticity of consumption in households in Central Java before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses data from the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) for 12 districts/cities in Central Java consisting of 9,812 in 2019 and 10,636 households samples in 2021. Data analysis used the Linear Approximation Almost Ideal Demand System (LA-AIDS) method. Results of the study show that the COVID-19 pandemic has caused changes in the household consumption pattern of carbohydrate-source food in Central Java. The proportion of expenditure on rice, wheat flour, shelled corn, cassava, and potatoes has increased. On the other hand, wet corn, instant noodles, and white rice decreased. The price of food sources of carbohydrates and the number of household members positively affect the consumption of food sources of carbohydrates. At the same time, income has a negative effect. There are differences in the effect of the location of the residence on the consumption of food sources of carbohydrates before and during the pandemic. The value of own-price elasticity and income elasticity shows that before the pandemic, rice was a staple good whose consumption was inelastic. Before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, wheat flour, wet-skinned corn, shelled corn, potatoes, white rice, and cassava in the pre-pandemic period was Giffen because the price elasticity was positive, and the income elasticity was negative. Meanwhile, rice during the pandemic, instant noodles before and during the pandemic, and cassava were Veblen goods because their price and income elasticity were positive. Cross elasticity shows that before the pandemic, most of the relationships between food sources of carbohydrates were substitutes, while during the pandemic, most of the relationships between food sources of carbohydrates were complementary.
