This paper presents a new and simple method on fuel consumption measurement for electronic fuel injection engine.Two problems occurred during measuring fuel consumption with crystal bulb: crystal bulb could not endure high pressure and the return oil wasn′t measured,which were successfully solved by a steady oil flow box.With the box′s aid,the measurement was proved well and truly by experiment.

During measuring fuel consumption of electronic fuel injection engine, there are two problems:crystal ball can't endure high pressure and the return oil isn't measured.The two problems are successfully solved by a steady oil flow box,which is easy to make.With the box's aid,the measurement is proved well and truly by experiment.
