电感耦合等离子体质谱广泛应用于地质样品中的多种微量元素分析,而本文着重讲述了ICP-MS对黑土地样品中的铅,铜,镉,镍四种元素的分析和探讨,主要采用封闭压力酸溶法溶解黑土地土壤样品,以Rh单元素标准溶液作为内标和基体,匹配混标溶液作为标准进行样品测定,对有证标准样品和空白进行多次实验测试,测定结果表明能够达到相关测试要求,极大的节约了时间成本,也为黑土地中其他元素分析奠定了基础.
本文围绕金属元素的溶剂萃取进行了相关研究,通过8-羟基喹啉酸性膦萃取剂Cyanex302(以下简称C302)对稀土元素的萃取效应.验证了 8-羟基喹啉与酸性膦萃取剂C302的混合体系在硝酸介质中对稀土金属的萃取,对不同的稀土元素,存在不同的协同萃取效应.具体研究了混合体系对La(Ⅲ)、Nd(Ⅲ)、Sm(Ⅲ)、Tb(Ⅲ)、Ho(Ⅲ)、Tm(Ⅲ)和Y(Ⅲ)的萃取,通过实验证明混合体系对La(Ⅲ)等七种稀土金属均存在协同效应,并计算出协萃系数R分别为2.32、4.28、3.90、3.69、7.51、7.18和18.59.而且,依据混合萃取体系对不同稀土元素的分离系数,并与C302的分离稀土元素的分离系数进行了比较.

This paper examines the 8-hydroxyquinoline and phosphine mixed system acidic extraction agent C301 in nitric acid medium of La (III), Nd (III), Sm (III), Tb (III), Ho (III), Tm (III ) and Y (III) extraction.The experiment shows that synergy effects can be achieved by the effect of mixture on the seven kinds of rare earth metals including La (III), and synergistic extraction coefifcients R are calculated to be 3.21, 2.47, 2.91, 1.70, 3.96, 2.73 and 3.36 respectively. Moreover, the separation factors are obtained respectively by the effect of mixture on different rare earth elements, and comparisons have been made between those and separation factor achieved by the separation of rare earth elements of C301.
This paper mainly discusses geological structure background, features and metallogenic regularity of ore deposit in the Andes metallogenic belt. Put forward the formation of ore deposit is controlled by the dual structure factors:First, Andean metallogenic belt is strongly affected by the plate subduction leads to strong invasion of plutonic magma;Secondly, nearly north-south thrust fault. Most of the large and ultra-large porphyry copper deposits are found in this fault zone. And put forward the distribution law of ore deposit that the porphyry copper in the Andes metallogenic belt is regionalized from south to north and zoning from east to west.

The gold mineralization bodies, discovered in Yongxing gold mining area, controlled by NE ductile shear zone, types of the mineralized bodies including mylonite type, Auriferous quartz vein type and gold silicified breccia type. The multi-period mineralization, lead to the diversity of ore deposit types. Middle-late Archean strata, especially in late Archean jiapigou Terrain is mainly initial source. In the later fracture structure, magmatic activity and other mineralization, gold element further migration enrichment, formed basically trinity metallogenic model: stratum, structure, magmatic rocks. Because of multi-phase mineralization and diversity of deposit types, widen the prospecting ideas in the area, namely in search for quartz vein type gold deposits, we should pay attention to looking for other types of gold deposits at the same time.
Introduces the analysis method of arsenic in plant samples,which decomposed the sample with nitric acid and hydrochloric acid,and determinated by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry.The detection limit of the method is 0.03 μg/g,precision RSD<12.1%,RE<8.2%.Measuring result is satisfactory,in accordance with the national plants standard material setting value.

本文研究了以碳纳米管修饰的玻碳电极为工作电极,经吸附富集再利用脉冲伏安法测定微量铅.对富集电位、富集时间及部分干扰离子等进行试验。试验发现,用碳纳米管修饰的玻碳电极作为工作电极,对铅离子吸附的灵敏度较高。峰电流(Ip)与2~150μg/g范围内呈良好的线性关系。检出限为可达0.02μg/g,应用该电极测定含铅的地质保准样品取得了满意的结果
The 6 kinds of trace elements,Cr,Cu,Zn,As,Se and Pb in soil were determined by ICP-MS.The recovery of the elements is in the range of 92.4%-106.8% with the relative standard deviations of less than 5.0%.
A method for the determination of Na,Mg,Al,Si,P,S,Cl,K,Ca,Sc,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ga,Nb,Zr,Y,Sr,Rb,Pb,Th,Ba,Br,La,Ce in soil and stream sediment samples by X-ray fluroescence spectrometry with pressed power pellet sample preparation was developed.The determination condition for Cl and S was optimized and the interference from background and spectra overlap was discussed.The matrix effect was corrected by experience coefficients and Compton scattering as internal standard for trace elements deterimination.The accuracy of the method was evaluated by analysis of certified reference soil samples.The results were in good agreement with centified values.
Taking Al2O3,NaF and K2S2O7 as a buffer,taking Ge as the internal standard,mixing samples and filling into the deep hole large electrode as a sample electrode;the cylindrical cavity of graphite electrode is on the electrode,the sample electrode is under the electrode for spectrography,to determine blackness of spectral line by the photoelectricity interpretative spectrograph.Determined B,Sn,Ag in agriculture geology samples by the emission spectrophotometry;it obtained better result after tested repeatedly.The method shows characteristics of simple,credibility,higher sensitivity and lower detection limit.
A method of determination of iron in drinking water by ICP-MS is confirmed through experimentation. The detection limit of the method for iron is 3.29 ng/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of iron in drinking water with precision of 4.49% RSD(n=12).
以Al2O3、NaF和K2S2O7作为缓冲剂,以Ge为内标,与样品研磨混匀,装入石墨深孔大电极中作为样品电极,石墨电极平头柱形空腔为上电极,样品电极为下电极进行摄谱,由光电译谱仪测定谱线的黑度值。用发射光谱法深孔大电极一次性摄谱,对农业地质样品中硼、锡、银的测定,经过反复实验取得了较好的效果。本法测定了国家一级标准物质,结果与标准值相符。本法灵敏度高,背景浅,能满足多目标地质样品分析的要求。
