The temperature and pressure are the most important parameters when composites is turned into windstick under heating and pressing. In this paper, composites moulding equipment was designed for windstick and mould structure was analyzed. The technological pressure was supplied by hydraulic system. Electro-hydraulic proportional components was realized by controling hydraulic parameters such as press,flow,position,etc. The moulding temperature control system is made of process controller, temperature sensor, power circuitry, solid-state relay. Appliation experiments show that the composites molding system can meet the demand of windstick.
The composites tape laying equipment is designed to gantry machine by the model dimension(9000×50mm)of windstick.The structure of equipment is made of X-movement components,Y-movement components and Z-movement components.The fiber placement head is made of composites parts,tesion control parts,pressure control parts,scissor parts and etc.The 3D model of composites tape laying equipment is built in Pro/Engineer to analyze the movement modes.The tape laying process is simulated in Pro/Engineer.
The shape of girder of airscrew isn't revolving.The winding method of girder of airscrew isn't the same as the revolving body.The winding method and system design is described in the paper.The winding machine and releasing machine is designed.PLC is set as the core of control system of the winding equipment.The winding control section includes continue changing angle speed control unit and releasing composites control unit for constant tension.Temperature control system involves heating up control unit and measuring control unit.Finally,the sample of winded girder of airscrew is offered.
