为深入挖掘和发现页岩气田勘探开发工程数据潜在价值,以涪陵页岩气田及中上扬子页岩气探区为主,利用大数据仓库理念,集成包括钻井、录井、测井、射孔、测试、特种作业、平台设计、产能动态、地质研究、综合研究10个方面的页岩气工程数据资料,按页岩气工程数据类别、专业、平台、工程项目,分级分类建立页岩气工程大数据仓库,并开发基于WEB技术的B/S架构的BDL-1000大数据仓库管理系统.页岩气工程大数据仓库的建设与应用表明:以涪陵为主的页岩气工程数据仓库管理系统各项功能运行稳定可靠,界面设计简洁清晰,通用性强,应用效果良好;大数据仓库分类与建设目标设计合理,管理方式灵活方便,为页岩气勘探开发工程的科研、生产及管理人员提供了丰富的数据信息.
四川盆地涪陵页岩气田水平井具有水平段长、产气量高的特点,为了了解水平井各压裂段的动态产气能力、认识返排规律以及确定单井最佳生产工作制度,实现气田低成本高效开采,利用流体扫描成像测井仪(FSI),采用牵引器或光纤连续油管输送工艺,对25口重点井进行了连续产气剖面测井试验和资料解释评价研究.结果表明:①牵引器或光纤-连续油管能将测井仪器安全高效地输送至井底,满足测井施工要求;②同一口页岩气井的相同或相似层段,各压裂段的产气能力存在较大差别;③C井在日产气20×104m3的工作制度下,页岩气井滞留地层中的压裂液无返排现象,而在日产气29×104m3的工作制度下,滞留地层中的压裂液返排量明显增加,并影响部分压裂段生产.研究成果被用来指导气田单井工作制度的制定.
水平井钻井和水平段分段压裂是页岩气藏开发的主要方式,了解和掌握各压裂段的产出情况,对后续水平井轨迹优化、分段压裂参数优化、射孔井段优选及合理配产都起着重要的作用.本文通过涪陵页岩气田的一口水平井生产测井实例,分析了水平井产气剖面测井技术的应用,可为同类水平井产气剖面测井提供有益借鉴和参考.
为满足油田长水平段(>500 m)及超长水平段(>1 500 m)水平井动态监测测井的井下仪器输送需要,着重介绍了牵引器输送、挠性管输送和水力输送等3种测井仪器井下输送新工艺技术,阐述了新工艺技术在油田套管水平井动态监测中的应用情况.应用结果表明,牵引器输送法可以完成固井质量检测、硼中子寿命测井找水、氧活化水流找水、井温及电磁探伤、陀螺测斜等测井项目,是目前水平井动态监测测井的最佳输送方式,但其对井眼条件要求较高,测井前需要彻底清洗井筒;水力输送法施工工艺简单,成本低,因此适用于水平井及大斜度井找水,但易对油层造成污染,且输送距离较短,测量项目很有限;挠性管输送法适用于小直径套管井或裸眼井,能完成过油管动态监测测井作业,但受井下仪器串质量的限制,水平测量井段较短.建议用户根据不同区块的地质特点、测井目的、仪器组合状态和自身优势选择输送方法.
Through analysis of logging and log characteristics of fractured shale gas show in Wujiaping Formation of eastern Chongqing-western Hubei Area,it was found out that gas show was obvious in the shale developed zone.The unconventional hydrocarbon resource——fractured shale gas has good potential.It is a favorable exploration area for fractured shale gas.
PNN logging technology,developed by HOTWELL of Austria,is the first one internationally used in calculating remaining oil saturation by means of direct measurement of thermal neutron flux,which has unique technological superiority compared to traditional life logging.The improvement on data collecting and processing has gained good effect of application for PNN logging technology to take measurements under the formation conditions such as lower mineralization and low porosity and geological application scope of pulsed neutron log has expanded.Four patterns set up for interpretation platform,process mode of SIGMA curve and four quantitative interpretation modules have formed specific characteristics of PNN logging interpretation.

There are 4 gas productive reservoirs in the carbonatite reservoirs in west Hubei and east Chongqing area----dolomite reservoir in Car- bonifemus Huanglong group,organic reef reservoir in Permian Changxin group,oolite reservoir in the 3rd section of Triassic Feixianguan group and fractured reservoir in the 1st section of Jialingjiang River group,in which reservoirs in the 3rd section of Feixianguan group and Permian Changxin group of Jiannan structure are the main gas productive reservoirs.Through study on the mud logging characteristics of the reservoirs in Well JP7 of Fei 3rd section and Changxin group at southern high spot of Jiannan structure,reservoir evaluation has gained good result with quantitative gas zone interpretation standards for the areas.After completion gas testing,the daily gas output of Well JP7 in Changxin group is 2.1×104m3,which has proved the accuracy of mud logging evaluation.
The result of testing Sangzhu-1 Well by means of sulfur prevention testing tools,MFE and APR shows that the highest build-up pressure of well testing is 110.08Mpa,the middle interval pressure is 112.04Mpa,the pressure coefficient is 1.83,the temperature at the testing point is 133.45℃,the daily water production is 21.1m3,the available permeability is 0.0409×10-3μm2,and that the surface coefficient is-2.35.Also it shows that the testing interval is the gas and water-bearing stratum with high pressure and low permeability,there is high concentration hydrogen sulfide in aqueous vapor,and that the strata are unpolluted.The practice indicates that the combination of MFE and APR can be applied in bare wells and casing wells with lower cost but more security.

This paper introduces the method and its application of long-distance and real-time access of mud logging information in western new developed areas with the western web station of Sinopec. It provides use for reference in generalizing the method in Jianghan oilfield on a large scale and further reseaches on long-distance and real-time information access from the wellsite as well as mud logging production informatization.
