Risk analysis is an important part for many large and medium-sized construction projects; mean-while the correct and reasonable project risk analysis can be conducive to risk management. Based on the results of the case study supplemented by a literature research, this paper presents an approach to develop a system dynamics model for risk analysis during project construction process. At first, this paper gives a brief description of risk factors project construction and system dynamics. The risks as well as the causal relationship diagram between them are determined in order to illustrate the risk interaction of the project construction with system dynamics model. A recapitulation of the findings and a prospect on future research conclude the paper.

The user experience influencing factors of smart mobile phone is explored in order to assess its quality.At first, we discover user experience influencing factors of smart mobile phone and establish user experience quality assessment model with grounded theory, which include both environmental experience and user experience, then calculate the weight for each factor with analytic hierarchy process: interaction (0.115), usability (0.283), durability (0.091), innovation (0.104), screen vision (0.098), appearance design (0.071), touch experience (0.057), entertainment(0.133),emotional beggar (0.048), and first four key influencing factors are discovered as follows: usability, entertainment, interaction and innovation.Finally, the model is verified through quality assessment for five smart mobile phones, we hope that it can give some inspiration to mobile phone manufacturers and operators.

The study aims to improve the success rate of the running Scrum.
Case study on tacit knowledge management system within X company includes the design of tacit knowledge management system (the recognition and acquisition of tacit knowledge), mechanisms (the factor analysis for the transition and sharing of tacit knowledge) and implementation (the sharing enterprise culture build, the effective incentive mechanism construct and the organization structure design). The evaluation system is established based on critical success factors (the recognition capability, the sharing standard, the sharing mechanism of tacit knowledge). The purpose of study is to improve tacit knowledge management system within enterprise.
The possible risk factors during SAP Business One implementation were studied with depth interview. The results are then adjusted by experts. 20 categories of risk factors that are totally 49 factors were found. Based on the risk factors during the SAP Business One implementation, questionnaire was used to study the key risk factors of SAP Business One implementation. Results illustrate ten key risk factors, these are risk of senior managers leadership, risk of project management, risk of process improvement, risk of implementation team organization, risk of process analysis, risk of based data, risk of personnel coordination, risk of change management, risk of secondary development, and risk of data import. Focus on the key risks of SAP Business One implementation, the interpretative structural modeling approach is used to study the relationship between these factors and establish a seven-level hierarchical structure. The study illustrates that the structure is olive-like, in which the risk of data import is on the top, and the risk of senior managers is on the bottom. They are the most important risk factors.
The propose of research is to help those global companies to improve their IT service management (ITSM) more effectively. The ITSM of M company is analyzed with global IT management model, which contains 12 structuring elements, and the structuring elements model and their best practices are established in the IT service operation and maintenance process in the views of centers of excellence, shared services and value managers. Both the 12 structuring elements and 5 M company’s best practices of ITSM are rated with both critical success factors and analytic hierarchy process. The best practices are in the following: good relationship with customers (0.279), seamless and efficient department cooperation (0.231), team proficient in business and enterprise resource planning professional knowledge (0.226), high-quality library of knowledge management (0.176) and educational training (0.088).

Large IT service management (ITSM) project has high complexity and low success in implementation.Five common killer assumptions are selected from Warfield's 17 Killer Assumptions through empirical analysis.Enterprise interview and questionnaire survey are used to establish and verify the relational model between the root risk factors of implementation of the ITSM project and the six complexity propositions based grounded theory.Finally, risk-averse strategies are put forward to meet the demand for complexity: 1) Identify the individual and pay attention to complexity; 2) Select process carefully; 3) Develop innovative language; 4) Personalized the workspace according to the demand; 5) Enhance the role of senior executives; 6) Appropriate communication.The research goal is to reduce the complexity of ITSM project's implementation in order to manage the risks.
The software industry business ecosystem is proposed, and a business ecosystem health evaluation model is built. Its factors are in the following: stability factors, including productivity, diversity and resilience; the sustainability factors, including productivity, vitality and creativity. And this evaluation model is applied to the Chinese software industry business ecosystem health analysis. Finally, some considerations on the industrial policy and the industrial clusters are put forward.
In this paper, the risk management case of WH Company's UC project is studied with risk management theory and life-cycle theory. Firstly, the risk structure model is derived by analyzing WH Company's UC project with interpretative structural model (ISM). Then, the project key risks which communication enterprises are faced with are analyzed and demonstrated; what's more, suggestions on project risk management are raised accordingly. Finally, a lifecycle risk management model of communication enterprises is put forward.
J. N. Warfield identified and classified the mindbugs (cognitive barriers), and put forward the process-based work program of complexity, and argued that the complexity could be managed through design.The eleven kinds of common mindbugs are figured out among the twenty five kinds of mindbugs with questionnaire.The relationship between the six root risk factors of implementation of the information technology service management (ITSM) project and these common mindbugs are also identified.It is found that the influence of mindbugs of habit is most serious in the ITSM project because the implementation of ITSM project would change the original work habits and methods of people.Finally, some recommendations are put forward to mitigate the root risk factors.
The influencing factors on Web 3D User Experience are studied for online pavilion of Shanghai World Expo with grounded theory method. We discover the four influencing factors as follow: web site quality, external environmental factor, user internal factor and recommendation, and the influencing factor model of Web 3D user experience is tried to established. We also do case study for the online Guangdong pavilion of Shanghai World Expo in order improve the process to transfer original wonderful, innovative ideas into Web 3D more perfective. Finally, the areas needing further investigation are put forward.
This paper identifies the risks of CN Group which is working at software outsourcing projects between HongKong and Guangdong, discovers the causal relationships among the risk factors, and constructs corresponding risk structure model with Interpretive Structural Modeling. Five original risk factors are identified, including contracts risk, requirements definition and change, lack of communication, political and legal environment differences, and exchange rate fluctuations. Finally, a risk management model of CN Group is put forward and three advices are proposed for software outsourcing business operation: project planning, project requirements, and communication.
The knowledge creation effective factors were found in both necessary elements for stimulus of knowledge creation and the key influencing factors of software project success.The research was carried with the specific successful practices of Microsoft Corporation and William Johnson's analysis of R & D project knowledge creation.The knowledge creation effective factors in requirement development project are clarified through deeply interviewing the software enterprises in Guangdong province as well as other corporate information departments.The effective factors are divided with R & D project knowledge creation model in the view of organizational, team, personal and technical four levels through literature research and interview in enterprises, and the empirical study was done with questionnaire and exploratory analysis.
After field survey and literature review, we found that software requirement development (SRD) is a knowledge creation process, and knowledge creation theory of Nonaka is appropriate for analyzing knowledge creating of SRD. The characteristics of knowledge in requirement elicitation process are analyzed, and dissymmetric knowledge of SRD is discussed. Experts on requirement are introduced into SRD process as a third knowledge entity. In addition, a knowledge creation model of SRD is put forward and the knowledge flow and the relationship of entities of this model are illustrated. Case study findings are illustrated in the following: 1) The necessary diversity of the project team can facilitate the implementation of the SRD. 2) The introduction of experts on requirement can achieve the transformation of knowledge effectively, thus helping to carry out the SRD. 3) Methodology and related technologies are important for carrying out the SRD.
In this paper, we discuss agile software process improvement in P company with their description of process management in current level and analysis of problems, design the P Company success factors model in organizational culture, systems, products, customers, markets, leadership, technology and other key dimensions, which is verified through questionnaire in P company. In the end, we apply knowledge creation theory to analyze the open source software community with successful application of the typical agile software method, propose ten principles of knowledge creation in open source software community: Self-organizing, Code sharing, Adaptation, Usability, Sustention, Talent, Interaction, Collaboration, Happiness, and Democracy.
Firstly, the characteristics of tacit requirements are analyzed. Then the knowledge conversion of requirement elicitation from socialization to externalization, to combination and to internalization are exported according to SECI Spiral Model. These processes are processes dealing with tacit and explicit requirements. And when analyzing the knowledge flow, we find that the bottleneck of requirement eliciting is the knowledge dissymmetry between clients and developers. It is concluded that the knowledge gap is the driving force of software requirements elicitation and the foundation of their cooperation. Clients must learn actively from requirement experts, or developers. Developers should learn the business knowledge from requirement experts and clients actively. What's more, requirement experts must learn all the knowledge, because they are the bridge over the gap. This is an iterative learning process, in which each part gets feedback from other parts. Finally, based on SECI Spiral Model and knowledge flow theory aforementioned, a knowledge conversion model is put forward. In this model there are some factors must be paid attention to in requirement elicitation, such as communication technology, lenient interrelationship, multi-validation, etc. Finally, the model is explained with two examples.
