Objective:We observed clinic effect and adverse reaction with lappaconitine using for PCIA on breast cancer. Methods:Total of 60 patients planned for operation on breast cancer, were randomly divided into two groups and 4mg loading dose plus 0.2-0.3mg/kg·d (volume dose less than 16mg) lappaconitine for group A, and 0.05mg loading dose plus 0.01mg/kg·d fantanyl for group B were used in PCIA. All the subjects were measured for VAS and RSS score on postoptive instantly and 6h,12h,24h after operation with PCIA (maintenance dose 2ml/h,PCA0.5ml, interval time 15min). Results: There was no significant difference between two groups on VAS and RSS score(P0.05),and the adverse reaction in group A was less than group B, but no difference in statistics(P0.05).Conclusion: Lappaconitine can be used for PCIA on breast cancer securely.
Mobile agent (MA)-based network management and policy-based network management are new methods to manage the network. They both have their strong points and weaknesses. This paper integrated policy-based NM into MA-based NM, and built a prototype to test its performance. We found that with this prototype, we could build an automatic network management system with good security and mobility. It would ease the management of the increasing complex network.
