提出了一种基于差分进化和稀疏A*算法的游戏地图智能寻径方法,通过精准过滤非正常状态从而达到较高的收敛速度进而实现快速路径搜寻.仿真结果表明,该方法相较于现有方法有着更快的搜寻速度和更优的路径选择,对游戏地图智能寻径是可行有效的.
针对《Web系统与技术》课程具有知识点多、技术新颖、应用性强等特点,探索了该课程的研究性教学改革思路.按照Web内容、格式、交互性等建立多个模块之间的关系,针对各模块建立问题驱动的学习内容;依据自主性和互补性原则建立学习小组,根据知识点与知识点之间、课程模块之间、课程与课程之间的多维联系,探索深度学习.用人单位反馈和对在校学生的访谈结果表明,研究性课程教学改革取得了良好效果.
分析CDIO工程教育模式的内涵与特点,基于常熟理工学院物联网工程专业建设和人才培养实践经验,提出工程模式的物联网课程体系和实验教学体系,着重对该体系教学实施过程中物联网实验平台建设、实验教学设计和创新、专业师资建设等方面进行详细阐述,强调实验教学过程中以项目贯穿始终、内容逐层深入和提高、实验按照类型“四步走”、实验项目认定和实施严格要求、不断创新的实验教学理念.
分析计算机基础实践课程在教学环节中的重要性,提出通过调整教学进度、设计实践教学项目、结合实际优化实验内容和提高学生学习兴趣等教学改革方式,提高学生的计算机基础实践应用能力,结合常熟理工学院情况,阐述实验教学改革创新实施过程.
Accurate and reliable assessment of chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) concentration in turbid waters by remote sensing is challenging due to optical complexity of case II waters. Recently, an optimization procedure based on minimizing root mean square error (RMSE) with three-band model was suggested to retrieve the Chl-a concentration in the Pearl River Estuary (PRE) in China. However, it is sensitive to initial values of model parameters and it doesn’t consider other two bands information to determine each optimal band. To estimate the Chl-a concentration according to information of all bands without initial values, we proposed an optimization procedure based on maximizing correlation of the Chl-a concentration in situ and the Chl-a concentration estimated. Firstly, correlations are computed with the three-band model, in which each band varies from the minimal value to the maximal value. Secondly, the sum of correlations for all values of other two bands is computed to find the optimal value for the first band. Lastly, the sum of correlations for all values of other one band with the first optimal band is computed to find the second and third optimal bands. The calibrated three-band model is applied to retrieve the Chl-a concentration from the reflectance data in the PRE on May 16, 2008. RMSE and correlation indices of our method and two state-of-the-art methods in this dataset are shown the effectiveness of our method. These findings imply that the extensive database of remote sensing could be used to quantitatively monitor the Chl-a concentration in the PRE.
针对传统的基于GPU的光线投射算法绘制效率较低的问题,利用CUDA架构的并行计算特性和对三维纹理的处理能力进行改进和优化.将体数据映射为三维纹理,利用CUDA三维数组进行存储与绑定,纹理拾取的浮点返回值利用线性滤波进行平滑.在传输函数的设计中引入中心差分梯度幅值增强对体数据边界面的绘制效果.每条光线的求交及颜色积累采用并行计算,按照由前向后进行颜色及不透明度累积.设置不透明度阈值,采用不透明度提前终止加速绘制.实验结果表明,绘制速度较传统的基于GPU算法有10%的速度提升,绘制效果也有很大的改善.
Rough-set based multimodal histogram thresholding technique is effective for medical image segmentation. However, it is difficult to obtain the significant peaks and valleys of the roughness measure. Moreover, it is sensitive to the noise for medical image. In this paper, we proposed a new medical image segmentation method using rough set theory and local polynomial regression model to address those disadvantages. Firstly, compute histogram of image intensity information and histon of image intensity and spatial information. Secondly, use the local polynomial regression model to smooth the histogram and histon. The smoothed histogram correlates with lower approximation and the smoothed histon correlates with upper approximation. Lastly, rough measure is calculated with the lower and upper approximations. And then, multimodal thresholding method is applied to medical image segmentation. The local polynomial regression model can obtain a smooth rough measure and has two advantages: first, it is easy to find the real peaks and valleys of the smoothed roughness measure to segment medical image; second, the local polynomial regression reduces the effect of noise and can find the thresholds correctly. The proposed approach is compared with the histogram based approach, histon based approach, and rough set with the histogram and histon based approach. Experimental results demonstrate that our approach can find the real peaks and valleys more easily and yields better segmentation results than those of other three methods.
图像去噪是图像处理中的关键问题之一,也是图像后续处理的基础,结合近年来兴起的稀疏表示理论,能更好地处理图像去噪问题.通过引入图像稀疏表示框架,从含噪图像自身中优化训练字典,初始字典选择构造非采样小波字典来更好地捕获图像信息,通过反复迭代学习获得高度自适应的过完备稀疏字典,重构图像时构造先验概率矩阵,结合后验概率估计与传统的正交匹配算法提出改进的图像重构算法.实验结果表明,与其他去噪方法相比,该算法具有良好的去噪能力,能较好地保持图像的边缘和细节特征,去噪后的图像更为清晰.
Kernel density estimators (KDE) used for many medical image applications only consider the intensity information of each pixel or its neighbors without the ability of expressing the structure and shape of tissues and organs, and they suffer from boundary bias problem. In this paper, we propose a new first-order kernel density estimation (FOKDE) method for 1D intensity information and 2D spatial information of medical image in two steps. First, the FOKDE of intensity information is estimated and applied to medical image segmentation with the multi-thresholding algorithm. Second, we estimate the FOKDE of spatial information on the initial segmentation, which can express the structure and shape of organs and tissues. In order to evaluate the FOKDE and KDE of the 2D spatial information, we apply them to medical image segmentation with the hill-climbing strategy. Density estimation experiments and segmentation application results on the simulated dataset and real abdomen CT images show us that the FOKDE has smaller boundary bias than the KDE, and that it can estimate the structure and shape of tissues and organs with spatial information effectively.
This paper focuses on the research on how to determine the attribute layout in integrated query interfaces. Our algorithm is low in time complexity and easily expandable. In this paper, the structure of query interfaces are modelled into a tree before an integrated query interface tree is built by mining frequent pattern sub-tree so that it can satisfy structural constraints and sequence constraints between attributes to the maximum. Experiment results which integrate query interfaces of eight domains have proved that the algorithm proposed in this paper is effective.
Interactivity during the experiment teaching process is one of problems faced under the background of informatization. An experiment teaching platform for computer programming courses is constructed based on ACM Cnline Judge system. HTML an-notation technology and AJAX technology are also introduced into this platform, therefore the platform is easy to use and has bet-ter interactive ability. The paper also researched on how to improve the teaching process based on annotations.
This paper analyzed the current situation and main problems of teaching practice on software development courses which belonged to the digital media technology specialty. Some of these courses had many problems, such as their contents were older, practical training was weaker, theoretical knowledge was divorced from practical aspects and theoretical knowledge and so-cial needs had large distance. According to these problems, this paper discussed the new teaching methods of software develop-ment courses of digital media technology specialty.

以常熟理工学院计算机科学与工程学院为例,针对国内应用型本科院校采用双元制培养模式的现状,分析本校在校企合作中双元制培养模式的践行情况,着重探讨院校和企业在合作中大胆创新,发挥各自优势,进行资源的有效利用和挖掘,对合作中的院校和企业有重要的参考价值和启示作用.
Denoising is a classical challenging problem in medical image processing and understanding. In this study, the authors propose a novel generalised Gaussian mixture model (GGMM) with edge information to denoise medical images. In the first stage, they extend Gaussian mixture model to the GGMM for modelling the noisy medical images and use minimum-mean-square error under the Bayesian framework to derive a non-linear mapping function for processing the noisy images. In the second stage, they refine the results by the kernel density function of the edge information. Experimental results on the Simulated Brain Database and real computed tomography abdomen images demonstrate that GGMM-Edge Information achieves very competitive denoising performance, especially the image grey, visual quality and edge preservation in detail, compared with several state-of-the-art denoising algorithms.
Studies the key technology of design and implementation of the weather application with customizable theme on Android. The application adds distinctive features:theme selection and customized theme settings, on the basis of real-time and recent weather queries and meteo-rological indices queries. Uses HTTP communication, JSON parsing and several design patterns. Tests show that the application is able to run smoothly on Android smartphones.

The paper studies the realization of stepping motor control system based on renesas MCU, uses Renesas 78KOR/KG3 UPD78F1166 MCU and Toshiba drive stepper motor as its main hardware, achieves a single stage drive and bipolar drive motor control system in CubeSuite software environment. This design sets the work mode of stepping motor in real time according to needs , which has the characteristics of real-time and interactivity.
The nature of transform signs in typical real orthogonal transforms are presented. Phase-only synthesis is intro- duced by ”Image recovery -Theory and Application-” written by Henry Stark. Sign-only synthesis is the ex- tended version of the Phase-only synthesis. Sign-only synthesis is defined as an inverse transform of only signs of the transform coefficients and has interesting prop- erty in its applications. Orthogonal transforms taken in this paper are Discrete Cosine Transform, Hadamard transform, Fourier Transform with binarized phase and Karhunen-Loeve Transform. These transforms have real number coefficients and then it looks interesting to know the property of each transform signs. The character- istics of these Sign-only synthesis are compared each other. And interesting nature of transform signs are ex- tended. One application of Sign-only synthesis is shown as a facial authentication.
This paper tends to give an insight into campus network user behaviors with the aid of research tools peculiar to natural science such as data warehouse and data mining in combination of principles for human and social science, namely, psychology and sociology. What’s more, the author tries to base webpage classification criteria on ODP with a view to exploring specific patterns and rules found in network user behaviors. On the basis of those pioneering studies, he’s put forward inspiration, procedures and framework concerning the campus network user behavior analysis and decision system, and kernel technologies may face in this process as well.
