The influence factors on the temperature field uniformity of effective heating zone in treatment furnace are analyzed,such as the system error,edge effect,temperature fluctuations,data processing method and control parameters setting and so on.The change law of the uniformity along with these factors is given,and the experiment basis is provided to eliminate the effects of these factors and to improve detection qualification rate.

Temperature of various section and layer surface heating furnace was measured by temperature testing technology real time in the progress of heating billet.Technology analysis is done in aspects of temperature distributing of furnace air,billet in length and in section,time in furnace.Energy consuming and oxygenation loss have been reduced after heating system was optimized.
The relationship of the amount of quenching deformation of plate with quenching water pressure and rotational speed of roller bed are disscussed.The amount of quenching deformation of plate can be decreased by chosing proper parameters.
