在国际货物买卖合同的履行中,如果发生争议,在解决纠纷时,国际货物买卖合同适用不同的法律规范,争议的处理结果可能会有很大的差异,因而法律适用问题对合同当事人的利益有着重大的影响。本文将实例研究角度出发,选取近年来CI-ETAC所公布的70份仲裁裁决书进行分析研究,对我国涉外商事仲裁中关于国际货物买卖合同的法律适用问题进行分析探讨。
