Compared to conventional fire detection,Image-based fire detection technology has many advantages.It's suitable for large space and large area or field environment,and poor environmental conditions.Multiple criterions are used for early fire,such as the area of flame,the edge of change.The number of flame sharp cusp and degree of circularity are important features of the flame.The accurate calculation of the various identification criteria could lead to more accurate effect of fire recognition.There is still miscarriage of justices to determine the fire through the flame area and circular degree.The number of flame cusp with the other two criteria can effectively improve the recognition accuracy of the flame to reduce the misjudgment.
A networked electronic load monitor controlling system based on ARM has been designed.The structure and composition of the embedded system hardware which uses Samsung s3c2440 as the core chip is described.To realize the connectivity between the RS232 bus and Ethernet the visual communication control software is developed by using Embedded VC++ based on Windows CE which is adopted as the platform of embedded system.Delphi is used as a development tool to design electronic load monitoring software on PC in order to achieve such functions as remote monitoring,multiple load control,data acquisition and analysis.
Serving for a practical engineering application of building unmanned fire monitoring and alarm system,a video capture system based on DSP and CPLD is designed in this paper,with the detailed analysis of HREF and frame timing output by the enhanced video input processor SAA7111A,then the CPLD control logic to capture different sizes images is designed according to the analysis and simulated,finally the paper shows the system circuit board and gives the experimental result sampled by the system.As the system can capture different formats and sizes images,system versatility is enhanced.Meanwhile the system can work independent of the computer,subject to environmental constraints is limited,so the flexibility to use is increased.
