目的:探究苯磺酸氨氯地平的临床药理作用和应用研究.方法:选取2019年1月到12月的患者60例,按照治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组.结果:观察组患者整体分值相对来说较优,具有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:在目前对苯磺酸氨氯地平的应用整体效果较为明显,同时能够有效促进患者恢复,在临床应用中具有一定推广价值.
目的:探究焦虑抑郁障碍药物药学监护临床研究.方法:2018年7月-2020年4月收治焦虑障碍患者40例,按用药方式不同分为两组,各20例.观察组采用药学监护;对照组采用常规西药治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:观察组的治疗效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论:给与焦虑障碍患者应用联合药学监护,可有效改善患者的睡眠质量水平,拥有一定的安全相关,值得推广.
目的 探讨舍曲林联合重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)对青少年强迫症(obsessive-compulsive disorder,OCD)患者血清白细胞介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)、IL-6和脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)的影响.方法 选取住院治疗的青少年OCD患者76例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例,2组患者均口服舍曲林,观察组给予rTMS进行治疗,对照组给予rTMS伪刺激.治疗前及治疗4周、6周后采用耶鲁布朗强迫量表(Yale-Brown obsessive-compulsive scale,Y-BOCS)评定强迫症状;抽取治疗前及治疗6周后清晨空腹静脉血,测定血清IL-2、IL-6、BDNF浓度.结果 观察组治疗4周、6周后Y-BOCS评分均显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗6周后IL-6浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前后IL-6浓度差值与病情严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05),而IL-2、BDNF2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 舍曲林联合rTMS治疗青少年OCD提高了抗强迫效应,其机制可能与有效调节血清细胞因子IL-6水平有关.
目的 探索喜炎平辅助对慢阻肺急性加重期的疗效及对肺功能的积极影响.方法 择取80例慢阻肺急性加重期患者作为实验研究对象,摸球法随机分组,两组中各有40例,对对照组和观察组均给予常规对症治疗方案,对观察组单独给予喜炎平治疗方案,分析两组的肺功能指标和治疗效果.结果 治疗后观察组各项肺功能指标改善情况更好且治疗效果更为理想(P<0.05).结论 喜炎平辅助治疗对改善患者肺功能并提升治疗效果具有非常明显的作用,值得推广使用.
目的:探讨舍曲林联合重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)治疗青少年强迫症(OCD)的可行性.方法:选取我院住院的青少年OCD患者76例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各38例,两组患者均口服舍曲林,观察组给予rTMS进行治疗,对照组给予rTMS伪刺激.治疗前及治疗4周、8周后采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定焦虑症状,Y-BOCS评定强迫症状;研究结束后评定患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组治疗4周、8周后HAMA、Y-BOCS评分均低于同期对照组(t=-5.782,-2.593;-13.596,-3.726;P<0.01);研究结束后观察组总有效率为94.74%,显著高于对照组的68.42%(Z=-2.469,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为21.05%,对照组为23.68% (P>0.05).结论:舍曲林联合rTMS可显著增强青少年OCD患者的抗强迫效应,临床效果满意,安全性高,值得临床推广.
Objective To investigate the effects of oxymatrine(OXY) on the proliferation of human gastric cancer cell line(SGC7901),and to explore its action mechanism of regulating the expression of PCNA.Methods The inhibitory rate of cell proliferation of SGC7901 was detected by SRB,and cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry.The expressions of PCNA mRNA and protein were determined by QPCR,and the changes of signal pathway proteins including p38MAPK,p-p38MAPK,JNK,p-JNK,ERK,p-ERK after treated by OXY were detected by Western Blot.Results The cell proliferation of SGC7901 cell line was obviously inhibited by oxymatrine,and the examination results by flow cytometry showed that the cell number at G1 stage in OXY group was significantly increased,however,which was obviously decreased at S stage.As compared with those(1.12±0.16,0.68±0.11)in control group,the expressions of PCNA mRNA and protein were significantly decreased in OXY group(0.32±0.01,0.24±0.03,P0.05 or P0.01).As compared with that(0.76±0.12)in control group,the expression of p-ERK was significantly decreased in OXY group(0.44±0.05,P0.05),furthermore,the preventive administration of ERK inhibitor-PD98059 could reduce the expression of p-ERK further.Conclusion Oxymatrine can inhibit proliferation of SGC7901 cells and can reduce the expressions of PCNA through inhibiting the phosphorylation of ERK.
Objective To investigate the effects of matrine and oxymatrine on drug resistance in SGC7901/VCR cell line.Methods The SGC7901/VCR cells were cultured in vitro,matrine and oxymatrine were added into the medium,then proliferation inhibition rates were detected by SRB assay.The IC50 and IC10 were calculated,furthermore,the drug resistance multiple and reversing multiple were calculated.The changes of Rhodamine 123 fluorescence intensity were detected by flow cytometry(FCM).Results The growth of SGC7901/VCR cells was inhibited by matrine and oxymatrine in a dose-dependent way.The drug resistance multiple of VCR cells was 33.4,and reversing multiple of matrine was 1.92 at the concentration of 0.78mg/ml.The reversing multiple of oxymatrine was 3.39 at the concentration of 0.71mg/ml.The concentration of Rhodamine 123 in cells was significantly increased because of matrine and oxymatrine.Conclusion The hypotoxicity concentration of matrine and oxymatrine has a certain role of reversing the drug resistance of SGC7901/VCR cell line,furthermore,the reversing effect of oxymatrine is superior to that of matrine.
