It develops a wireless sensor network for mining belt conveyor transportion process monitoring and controlling system based on Zigbee. This system establishes a low cost,self-organizationand low power consumption for large belt conveyor process monitoring of wireless sensor network. Based on Chipcon CC2530 Radio-on-Chip for Mobile and TI company DSP microprocessor chips TMS320LF2406A,it realizes the information transmission between mining belt machine sensor and sensor,and underground monitoring information transmission between the RACES. The wireless sensor networks with convenient expand can avoid the traditional cable way set point decorate difficulty,and have low system maintenance cost. This method can be applied on other conditions in the mining and related industries.
It proposes an efficient XML data encoding scheme based on bit pattern to solve the problem such as lower space efficiency and complex processing.This encoding scheme has the characters of dictionary order,certainty and compression to meet the requirements of efficient XML encoding scheme.It identifies the level of encoding algorithm and develops the code generation algorithm for static parsing and dynamic updating.
