Objective To explore the relieving effect of rocuronium injection pain by palonosetron hydrochloride injection in general anesthesia induction,and therapeutic difference compare with dezocine.Methods Totally 150 patients treated with oral intubation under general anesthesia from December 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were randomly devided into 3 groups:Palonosetron group (Pal group),dezocine group (Dez group) and placebo group (Con group).Each group had 50 cases.Before induction of anesthesia,group Pal received palonosetron hydrochloride 0.25mg;group Dez received dezocine 5mg;Con group received 5ml saline.After midazolam sedation,patients were rapidly injected with rocuronium 1% 0.6mg/kg.We observed the Ramsay score of patients in 3 groups before rocuronium and the limb withdrawal score,average blood pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) after injection.And we recorded the postoperative recovery time and adverse reaction 1h after waking.Results The limb withdrawal score in Pal group and Dez group were significantly lower than those in Con group (P < 0.05).And the limb withdrawal score of Pal group was significantly lower than that of Dez group (P <0.05).There was no significant difference in Ramsay score,MAP,HR and postoperative recovery time between the 3 groups (P >0.05).There was no nausea,vomiting,chills,dizziness and headache in Pal group.Conclusion Pretreatment with Palonosetron hydrochloride can effectively relieve the pain of injection with rocuronium,without interfering anesthesia effect and hemodynamics,safe and effective.
Objective:To explore the effect of AnnexinA1 on the biological behavior of small cell lung cancer cell lines.Methods:The expression of AnnexinA1 was down-regulated by RNA inference(RNAi) in SBC-5 cells.MTT,in vitro scratch test,transwell based methods were used to detect the effect of AnnexinA1 on the proliferation,migration and invasion ability of small cell lung cancer cells.Results:The cells down-regulated the expression of AnnexinA1 were constructed.Down regulation of AnnexinA1 can decrease the proliferation,migration and invasion potential in SBC-5 cell lines.Conclusion:The expression of AnnexinA1 is closely related to bone metastasis.

Objective:To explore the clinical significance of serum Calcineurin and serum parathyroid hormone-related protein in diagnosing bone metastases of lung carcinoma and the treatment in bone metastasis of lung carcinoma.Methods:ELISA was used to detect the levels of serum CaN and PTHrP in 3 groups of lung cancer patients,without bone metastasis,before and after treatment with bone metastasis.Results:The levels of serum CaN and PTHrP in patients with bone metastases untreated were significantly increased compared with patients without bone metastases(P0.01,and the levels of serum CaN and PTHrP in patients with bone metastases untreated were significantly higher than patients with bone metastases treated(P0.01).Conclusion:The detection of serum CaN and PTHrP may be important in diagnosing bone metastasis and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment in bone metastasis of lung carcinoma.
Objective To observe the differences of infusion speed,time of reservation and facility of nursing between positively pressurized needle-free link-reservation device and normal indwelling needle on patients.Methods From September to December 2010,200 inpatients with intravenous infusion were randomly divided into observational group(n=100) and control group(n=100).Normal dwelling needle and positively pressurized needle-free link-reservation product were applied in control group and observation group,respectively.And the differences of speed of infusion,time of reservation and facility of nursing(blood returning,tube blocking,extravasation,phlebitis and needle stick injuries) were observed.Results The incidences of tube-plugging,blood returning and needle stick injury in the observational group were superior to those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Positively pressurized needle-free link-reservation device can effectively raise the speed of infusion,prolong the time of reservation,reduce the incidence of complication and the burden of nursing,which deserves further clinical popularization.
Objective To investigate the dose-response relationship between ginsenoside Rd injection and ischemic injury of spinal cord in rabbits.Methods Forty male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups (n=8). Spinal cord ischemia was induced for 20 min by infrarenal aortic occlusion under anesthetization with pentobarbital sodium. Control group received no pharmacologic intervention. Group Rd-5,Rd-10,Rd-20 and Rd-40 received intravenous infusion of 5 mg/kg,10 mg/kg,20 mg/kg and 40 mg/kg ginsenoside Rd within 1 h before aortic occlusion,respectively. Neurological function was scored at 4 h,8 h,12 h,24 h,and 48 h after reperfusion. Tissue (L5~7) for histopathologic examination was prepared by hematoxylin-eosin staining at 48 h after reperfusion.ResultsAll animals survived in the experiment. Forth-eight hours after reperfusion,there was no statistic difference in neurological function score and the number of normal neurons of anterior spinal cord in group Rd-5 compared with control group (P>0.05); there was statistic difference in normal neurons of anterior spinal cord in group Rd-10 but no difference in neurological function score compared with control group (P>0.05); there was significant statistic difference in neurological function score and the number of normal neurons of anterior spinal cord in group Rd-20 and Rd-40 compared with control group (P<0.01),but no statistic difference was found between group Rd-20 and Rd-40 (P>0.05). There was significant correlation between neurological function score and the number of normal neurons of anterior spinal cord in each group (r=0.769. P<0.01). Conclusion Ginsenoside Rd injection can effectively reduce neurological injury induced by spinal cord ischemia and reperfusion in a dose-response manner within a certain dosage range.
The research projects sponsored by grants provided by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the articles published in the journals indexed for Science Citation Index in the field of anesthesiology from 1999 to 2009 were collected and analyzed with respect of the number, classification, impact factors etc. It has been found that the number of the grants and the articles were steadily increasing. The researches were mainly confined to the mechanism of anesthesia, pain and organ protection.
AIM:To observe the intensity of spinal cord ischemic injuries induced by different time of ischemia in rabbits and identify a more sensitive model for the evaluation of neuropretective drugs.METHODS:Thirty New Zealand rabbits were divided into 5 groups:animals in the ischemia groups went through spinal cord ischemia for 10 min(I10),20 min(I20),30 min(I30) or 40 min(I40),while animals in the sham group just had their aorta dissected without cross clamped(SHAM).Neurologic function evaluation was done at 4,8,12,24 and 48 h after reperfusion according to the modified Tarlov criteria.The lumbar spinal cords were collected after the evaluation and stained with HE and TUNEL to appraise morphological and apoptotic changes under microscope.RESULTS:① All animals in I40 group showed absolute paraplegia in all time points after reperfusion(Score 0).All animals but one in group I10 showed normal hind limb motor function.And the Tarlov score of animals in group I20 and group I30 were between that of group I10 and group I40.② The HE staining showed that the spinal cord of rabbits in group I40 exhibited severe spinal cord injury with extensive vacuolation of gray matter while the rabbits in group I10 showed slight injury;the intensity of injury in I20 and I30 groups was between I10 and I40 groups.③ The number of TUNEL positive neurons in the spinal cord of group I20 was significantly more than that of group I40 and the SHAM group.There were no differences with that of group I10 and group I30.CONCLUSION:Twenty min of spinal cord ischemia could produce moderate injury that might be the most sensitive and appropriate model for the evaluation of neuroprotective drugs for spinal cord ischemic injury.
