This design is based on the STC89C52RC single chip microcomputer and the integration of various multi-function modules to complete the overall system control. It is composed of the core modules of humidity detection, relay drive, metal detection, intelligent alarm, MQ-2 smoke sensor, infrared sensing, ultrasonic detection, etc. We collect specific information through ultrasonic testing, and LCD1602 displays the current status; an infrared sensor and a smoke sensor are used for relevant monitoring; a humidity sensor and metal sensor automatically remind us to classify and put garbage; a relay analog control trash can automatically open and close. The system has the characteristics of ideal performance, low cost, convenient design, simple structure, and intelligence. It has found a feasible solution for the current environmental pollution problem to do garbage classification and treatment. It can play an important role in smart homes, smart campuses, intelligent transportation, telemedicine, and other fields, and will have a broader market prospect and application fields.
In the traditional laboratory engineering bacteria culture work, it is necessary to frequently sample the bacterial solution and judge the growth period by photometric method. These operations are accompanied by pollution risk and the change of culture environment. In this paper, a design scheme of illumination monitoring algorithm of new spectrophotometer based on single chip microcomputer is proposed, The absorbance value is calculated by single chip microcomputer and the threshold is preset to trigger the induction action, so that the whole process from the beginning of culture to the triggering induction of engineering bacteria can be intelligent, automatic and non-contact. The new spectrophotometer takes STM32F103 series processor as the main control chip, and the system is mainly composed of main control board and induced action trigger device. The main control board mainly includes optical density calculation, 12 LED light control, 12 action machine control and human-computer interaction module; The induced action trigger device is composed of motor, bh1750 module, monochrome light source and other parts, which can realize illuminance detection, absorbance calculation, preset absorbance value and trigger the action machine. The system automatically adjusts the working mode of the sensor through the matrix keyboard input, displays the image through a liquid crystal display, uses the bh1750 illuminance sensor module to convert the input illuminance signal into electrical signal for wired output, processes the sensor data through MCU, performs logical operation with the preset value and performs corresponding action. The main control part of the system is small, and the detection method is simpler and faster than the traditional detection. The logic operation part is cleverly designed, the trigger time of the induced action is flexible and adjustable, and there is an adjustable timer after the induced action is triggered.

Based on the TGAM (ThinkGear Asic Module) EEG sensor, this paper mainly carried out the research and design of intelligent car control method. By collecting brainwave and analyzing TGAM output data, the required concentration parameters can be obtained. STM32F1 series MCU is used as the main controller to analyze data and control the car. The bluetooth module based on Bluetooth 4.0 technology is used to realize data communication. The power system includes L298N motor drive module, two independent DC motor and universal wheel. The software part mainly uses C language for development, the core part of the program is ThinkGear communication protocol analysis. Finally, the design realizes the control of the vehicle motion state through different values of concentration, which lays a foundation for further popularization and application.

本设计是在STM32F407VET6硬件平台上实现的一款基于体感控制技术的智能工程车,设计的主体结构由控制器端和小车端两部分组成.其中控制器端的体感控制部分借助MPU6050六轴传感器模块实现,其采集完控制器的姿态数据后,经自带DMP库进行解算得出相应的姿态解算数据,MCU再进行相应公式的换算,并调用相关的函数完成控制过程.整个系统采用蓝牙通信,为了达到精确控制的目的,运用PID算法完成相关控制过程.此外,还拓展摇杆按键和手机APP两种控制方式,可在不同的应用场景下切换不同的控制方式.

采用分子动力学方法研究含有表面缺陷的氮化镓材料的二次外延生长过程,探讨生长温度,表面缺陷数量和缺陷结构等对二次生长材料质量的影响.发现当在生长表面随机引入3.125%占比的空位缺陷且生长温度在1 373 K以上时,对材料质量的影响不明显;当随机引入12.5%占比的空位缺陷时,可以改善二次生长材料的质量;当在生长表面上引入12.5%占比的2个六边形结构空位缺陷时,缺陷区域出现大量原子的岛状生长,同时原子排列变得无序,二次生长的材料生长质量明显劣化.
采用分子动力学方法对氮化铝材料的表面热氧化过程进行了研究,开发了包含Al、N和O三种元素的反应势,探讨了氧化温度和时间对材料结构的影响.发现温度越高氧化反应越容易进行,氧扩散进入纤锌矿结构的氮化铝表面后会生成Al-O-N无定型结构的氧化膜,氧化时间增长时会阻止材料的进一步氧化.
