Rural tourism is a strong impetus in promoting the rural economy.This paper makes a detail analysis of the government officers' perspectives depends on sampling surveys which conducted in Yijiang Village.Based on the research findings,significant differences are found between officers' perspectives towards rural tourism.Some conclusions are drawn as follows: government officers' perspectives towards rural tourism are more mature than before,and they take more attention on resources protecting.These are good for the developing of rural tourism of China.The paper ends with some suggestions for developing rural tourism in poor districts future.

The paper attempts to summarize the research situation by investigating tourism reviews in China. By searching related papers on the CNKI, the author did the statistic analysis from four aspects; amount, research subject, publication and summary extension. According to the statistic result. The author divided the developing process of this study into two phrases; the starting phrase and the promotion phrase and summed up the main characteristic of tourism theory summary for this 12 years, analysed the influence which the summary has on tourism theory, finally pointed out the importance of it.
