由于粉煤灰陶粒制品的容重较轻、隔热效果与保温效果较好等多种优点,粉煤灰陶粒制品得到了大范围的应用。在本文中,笔者结合近年来对于粉煤灰排放现状的调研结果,重点就粉煤灰陶粒的生产和应用技术做出了论述。
以材料工程技术专业《水泥熟料煅烧及操作》课程开发为例,从课程开发背景、课程定位、典型工作任务分析、教学内容设计、教学模式改革、实训基地和信息化资源共享平台建设、考核评价体系等方面,详细阐述了基于工作过程课程开发的思路和方法,以实现学生综合职业能力的提高。
Based on thermal calibration results of the twoΦ4.3 m×62 m precalciner systems of LCZY and LCJY cement plant, the main clinker heat consumption items were analysed one by one such as clinker formation heat,preheater outlet heat loss, surface heat loss and grate cooler heat loss. Optimization parameter scheme and feasible improvement measures for decreasing clinker firing heat were pointed out, providing theory basis for further heat utilization efficiency.
In this paper,the grinding and activating effects of two types of gypsum on slag is studied and the compatibility between slag cement and naphthalene and polycarboxylate superplasticizers are also analysed.The results show that both anhydrite and dihydrate gypsum added to be ground together with slag can improve the grindability and activity of slag.At initial phase,particle size of slag decreases visibly and specific surface area(S.S.A) increase more.As for the optimal proportion of two kinds of gypsum,considering SO3 content in slag,the best value of dihydrate gypsum is 2.80% and the best value of anhydrite is 3.30%.In the same proportion,dihydrate gypsum is superior to anhydrite.The effects of two types of gypsum on early flexural strength of slag cement is greater than one on late strength.The effect of dihydrate gypsum on 28 d compressive strength is more obvious than the one of anhydrite.And it can markedly improve the compatibility between slag and superplasticizer.
针对P·S·B型矿渣水泥的混合粉磨,选择了多种有机和无机单组分助磨剂进行了三个系列(G,S,Z系列)的复配试验系统研究,研制了助磨和增强效果均较好的复配助磨剂试样.实验表明:三个系列中优选出的三个配方的复配助磨剂试样对P·S·B型矿渣水泥有显著的助磨、增强效果,水泥各龄期强度均有较大提高,对水泥的其它物理性能指标无不良影响.
山西中条山新型建材有限公司2 500t/d生产线,自2007年投产以来,为降低热耗,配料中采用了镁渣代替部分石灰石、煤矸石代替黏土,在逐步增加镁渣掺量的过程中,出现了烧成系统热工制度不稳定和窑尾结皮堵塞等问题.为了完善系统性能指标及进一步降低热耗,山西职业技术学院材料测试中心对该生产线进行了综合热工检测.本文通过对现场标定数据的分析讨论,找出影响熟料热耗的主要因素,探索降耗的合理办法,进一步挖掘系统增产及节能环保的潜力.
随着新型干法水泥工业的迅速发展,以及国家对企业节能降耗的要求,给水泥助磨剂的应用及推广带来了广阔的市场,文章结合工作实际,对在新型高效复合助磨剂的研发过程中存在的问题进行思考和总结,以供同行参考。
The paper brings information on grinding cement with high proportions of slag in the presence of amine alcohols grinding aids. Grind respectively blended cement with 20%, 50%, and 80% granulated blast furnace slag and analyse the evolution of the specific surface area at various grinding times and grindability. Results show that the specific surface area of belended cement depends on the content of slag and the type and ratio of grinding aid, and grindalility of the cement is also affected by grinding aids.
对热工标定数据的分析,能客观评价烧成系统的运行情况。热工标定是一项庞大的系统工程,前期准备工作十分重要。现场测量完成后,将所有标定记录的原始数据进行汇总,并分析评估,得出结论并给出合理化建议,特别是对不足之处的改进方向和具体措施,提供给工厂进行实施。
概述了水泥助磨剂的作用机理和助磨剂使用效果的评价方法。讨论了水泥颗粒大小对水泥强度发展的影响。在试验的基础上,确定了矿渣水泥助磨剂的最佳掺量,并比较了助磨剂内掺与外掺两种方式的使用效果。
The paper explores the influence of the experimental conditions,the test equipment,and the operation process in the test process on the concrete anti-pressure strength,points out the strict control of the experimental conditions should be adhered to the standards in the test process of the concrete anti-pressure strength,besides,the test personnel should operate according to the regulation and the standards,so as to ensure the accuracy of the test data.
The method of raw material burnability is used in the experiments in this paper. With the aid of Gentling and Arrhenius equations, reaction rate constant and apparent activation energy of clinker formation reaction is calculated. And mineral compositions of magnesium slag are measured by using XRD. The results show magnesium slag can be used to calcine cement clinker as material, and can remarkably reduce apparent activation energy and temperature of clinker formation reaction, quicken formation of clinker mineral and shorten sintering time.
对不同镁渣掺量的生料在不同温度下进行煅烧试验,分析了煅烧料的游离氧化钙,利用XRD分析了煅烧料的矿物组成,并进行了岩相分析.结果表明:掺镁渣生料易烧性较好,熟料矿物岩相结构及形貌正常,熟料矿物形成过程与采用天然原料的基本相同.
