This study aims to classify the health vulnerability levels of 38 provinces in Indonesia based on health and socio-economic indicators in 2024, including the number of hospitals, access to adequate sanitation, access to safe drinking water, stunting prevalence, number of health facilities, population size, and the percentage of poor population. The analysis began with data normalization using the z-score method to standardize variable scales and prevent dominance by indicators with larger value ranges. Following normalization, the optimal number of clusters was determined using the Elbow method by examining the decrease in inertia across different k-values. Based on the inertia pattern and cluster stability, the optimal number of clusters was identified as K=4, which adequately represents the variation in health vulnerability. The clustering results were subsequently visualized in a spatial map using Indonesia’s provincial administrative boundaries. The visualization revealed clear geographical variation across regions, with Cluster 1 representing provinces with very good health conditions, Cluster 2 good conditions, Cluster 3 moderate conditions, and Cluster 4 provinces requiring special attention regarding health indicators. These findings provide a comprehensive overview of health vulnerability distribution in Indonesia and are expected to inform policymakers and stakeholders in prioritizing region-based health interventions, strengthening health development strategies, and promoting more equitable national health services.
This study analyzes public perception of the Prabowo–Gibran administration through online news coverage using a Natural Language Processing (NLP) approach. Data were collected from credible news portals such as Indonesia News and Detik, totaling 195 articles. The analysis was conducted in two stages: first, IndoBERT was used to classify the sentiment into positive, negative, and neutral; second, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) was applied to identify the main topics driving rage. Sentiment results showed that most topics, particularly those related to the economy, public policy, and governance, were dominated by negative sentiment (80%), while positive sentiment accounted for 15.9% and neutral sentiment for 4.1%. These findings indicate public criticism and concern regarding the effectiveness of policies and economic stability. The combined IndoBERT and LDA approach proved effective in providing a comprehensive understanding of public opinion dynamics in the digital era. It can serve as a consideration for the government in formulating more responsive and transparent communication strategies.Penelitian ini menganalisis persepsi publik terhadap kepemimpinan Prabowo–Gibran melalui pemberitaan media online menggunakan pendekatan Natural Language Processing (NLP). Analisis dilakukan dalam dua tahap: pertama, IndoBERT digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen berita menjadi positif, negatif, dan netral; kedua, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) diterapkan untuk mengidentifikasi topik utama yang mendominasi pemberitaan. Hasil sentimen menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar topik, terutama terkait ekonomi, kebijakan publik, dan pemerintahan, didominasi oleh sentimen negatif (80%), sedangkan sentimen positif tercatat 15,9% dan netral 4,1%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya kritik dan keprihatinan publik terhadap efektivitas kebijakan dan stabilitas ekonomi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar topik, terutama terkait ekonomi, kebijakan publik, dan pemerintahan, didominasi oleh sentimen negatif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya kritik dan keprihatinan publik terhadap efektivitas kebijakan dan stabilitas ekonomi. Pendekatan kombinatif IndoBERT dan LDA terbukti efektif dalam memberikan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai dinamika opini publik di era digital, serta dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah dalam merumuskan strategi komunikasi yang lebih responsif dan transparan.
Indonesia has 20 provinces with anemia prevalence rates higher than the national average, with Central Kalimantan ranking third at 12.7%. This is due to a lack of awareness and knowledge about anemia among adolescent girls. SMP Negeri 3 is one of the schools in Central Kalimantan that receives blood supplement tablets (TTD). This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of adolescents and teacher support for TTD consumption compliance among seventh and eighth grade female students at SMP Negeri 3 Palangka Raya. The population in this study consisted of 344 female students in grades VII and VIII at SMP Negeri 3 Palangka Raya, with a sample size of 100 female adolescents. This study used an analytical observational method with data collection using a questionnaire with 32 questions. Respondents were selected based on Proportional Stratified Random Sampling, then data processing was carried out using the SPSS application using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the Spearman correlation test method. The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between knowledge and compliance with taking Blood Supplement Tablets (TTD) among female students in grades VII and VIII at SMP Negeri 3 Palangka Raya, and that there is a relationship between teacher support and compliance with taking Blood Supplement Tablets (TTD) among female students in grades VII and VIII at SMP Negeri 3 Palangka Raya. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between the level of knowledge of adolescents and teacher support for compliance with blood supplement tablet consumption among female students in grades VII and VIII at SMP Negeri 3 Palangka Raya, with the strength of the relationship being strong and moderately strong, respectively.
Oli sisa pakai hasil sisa pemakaian pada mesin di buang dan termasuk limbah B3 (Bahan Berbahaya Beracun). Akan sangat berbahaya apabila limbah oli langsung dibuang ke tanah ataupun aliran air, karena akan menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan. Pemanfaatan akan limbah B3 sudah banyak dilakukan, yaitu dengan cara merubah kedalam bentuk lain menjadi bahan baku bahan bakar diesel, memanfaatakan limbah oli untuk penghangat kandang ternak, dan yang sederhana dimanfaatkan untuk melumasi rantai. Namun ada juga limbah oli langsung digunakan untuk bahan bakar tungku atau kompor berbahan bakar oli. Pembuatan tungku tempa berbahan bakar oli menghasilkan suhu maksimal 620°C. Desain awal alat tungku limbah telah sesuai keinginan, yaitu: tanpa asap dan mudah dihidupkan, dimana waktu pre-heating ± 20 menit. Suhu bagian input limbah oli dan input udara dari keluaran blower tidak panas, cenderung hangat kisaran 26-37 °C. Pada bagian tertentu perlu adanya penggunaan cat anti panas, guna menghindari terkelupasnya cat pada bidang permukaan. Pada bagian- bagian tertentu, terutama pipa besar untuk hembusan udara, rata-rata suhu stabil 37°C pada bagian pangkal input blower, 52°C pada bagian tengah pipa, dan 62°C pada bagian ujung pipa yang kontak ke bagian tungku.Kata kunci: Limbah Oli, Tungku Oli Bekas, Temperatur, Produk Kompor Oli
In line with technological advancements and increased consumer expectations, quality has become a key factor in the service industry. PT. XYZ, which operates in the aircraft maintenance field, faces the challenge of reducing defects in the aircraft painting touch-up process. This research aims to reduce these defects using the DMAIC method. The DMAIC phases include define, measure, analyze, improve, and control. In the define phase, it was found that dust defects were the most dominant. Initial measurements showed an average DPMO (defects per million opportunities) of 12,129 and a sigma of 3.773. Analysis using the Ishikawa diagram identified the root causes of the problem, and FMEA helped determine the priority root causes that needed immediate improvement. The main causes of the aircraft paint touch-up defects were material cleaning that left fibers on the surface to be painted, and the spray gun being in an un optimized condition for use. Suggested improvements included procuring the appropriate cleaning materials and implementing a preventive maintenance checklist for the spray gun. The implementation of these improvements showed a reduction in dust defects, with the DPMO dropping to 3,477 and sigma increasing to 4.209. These results demonstrate that the improvements made were effective in reducing defects and enhancing painting quality.Keywords: DPMO, sigma, DMAIC, dust defects, aircraft painting.
In Temanggungan Village, Tamansari, Rumpin, Bogor, the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile faces several challenges, such as limited educational facilities, a lack of understanding of the importance of Pancasila values in daily life, and low community and parental participation in supporting the strengthening of students’ faith and piety. This study employs the Participatory Action Research method, and the results show that the Pancasila Student Profile reinforcement project is implemented flexibly, separate from intracurricular activities, with a focus on strengthening spiritual values. A technology- and innovation-based approach, combined with active community involvement, has created a more holistic learning environment that is relevant to the needs of the 5.0 era.
Knowledge of the Indonesian people regarding to sunscreen and awareness of its use is still low, especially among men. Online motorbike taxi riders needs to use some additional protection such as sunscreen. This study aims to find out the level of knowledge and compliance possessed by online motorbike taxi riders about sunscreen and to analyze the correlations between the two variables.This research is an analytical observational research with cross-sectional data collection using a questionnaire. The total number of participants in the research are 30 people. For the knowledge level, the majority online motorbike taxi riders are at a good level (60%) and at a low level (86.7%) for the compliance level variable. The statistical test results show that the correlations between the two variables is not significant and it is negative (p = 0.116; r = -0.293).The level of knowledge of online motorbike taxi riders in Palangka Raya City is good but compliance in their use is still low. There is no relationship between the level of knowledge and compliance with sunscreen use among online motorbike taxi riders in Palangka Raya City.
Gastritis is inflammation of the mucosa and submucosa of the stomach, with symptoms of nausea, vomiting, bleeding, pain, reduced appetite which occurs in all ages from teenagers to old people. Gastritis can be caused by not paying attention to diet, drugs, alcohol, bacterial infections, drinking coffee, stress, illness and so on. This research is a quantitative research using a cross sectional design. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique. The estimated sample size was determined using the Lemeshow formula, namely 50 respondents. Statistical analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Fisher exact test and the Mann-Whitney test. The results of the bivariate analysis showed no relationship between diet and the incidence of gastritis (p-value=0.141), there was no relationship between consuming coffee and the incidence of gastritis (p-value=0.517) and there was no relationship between stress levels and the incidence of gastritis (p-value=0.237) in Coass students class of 2022, Faculty of Medicine, Palangka Raya University.
Deep learning’s reliance on abundant data with accurate annotations presents a significant drawback, as developing datasets is often time-consuming and costly for specific problems. To address this drawback, we propose a semi-automatic live-feed image annotation tool called saLFIA. Our case study utilized CCTV data from Indonesia’s toll roads as one of the sources for live-feed images. The primary contribution of saLFIA is a labeling tool designed to generate new datasets from public source images, focusing on vehicle classification using YOLOv3 and SSD algorithms. The evaluation results indicated that SSD achieved higher accuracy with fewer initial images, while YOLOv3 reached maximum accuracy with larger initial datasets, resulting in 8 misdetections out of 380 objects. The saLFIA tool simplifies the annotation process, presenting a labeling tool for creating annotated datasets in a single operation. saLFIA is available at URL https://github.com/gilangmantara/salfia.
The high changeover activity process for changing products causes the output produced by the loss Tabelt printing section to not meet the target, in data for September - December 2023 with total output only reaching 90.22%. This percentage is still less than the production standard set by the company which must reach 98%. Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) is a method from Lean Manufacturing that is used to reduce time in the setup/changeover process. Therefore, this research was carried out using the single minute exchange of dies (SMED) method. This research aims to determine the factors that influence the length of changeover time and make improvements using the Single Minutes Exchange of Dies (SMED) method. The total standard time for the changeover process obtained was 39581.7 seconds. before applying the SMED method, the changeover process had a total of 15 activities, with 13 internal activities and 2 external activities with an average total time of 39581.7 seconds. After implementing the SMED concept, it resulted in a total of 13 activities for the changeover process, 10 internal activities and 3 external. The simulation results of the proposed improvement have a total time of 30717.2 seconds with a reduction percentage of 22%. The results of the analysis using FTE changeover activities before and after implementing the SMED method, the total FTE was 1.57. Meanwhile, after implementing SMED, the total FTE was 1.2 with Normal information. Based on RISKESDAS 2018, prevalence of obesity in children 5-12 years in Central Kalimantan as 9.27% with percentage of 13.91% in Palangka Raya. Obesity is the accumulation of excessive fat due to imbalances between energy intake and energy expenditure. Some factors that affect obesity are consumption of packaged beverages, physical activity, and intensity of gadget use. Determining the relationship between consumption of packaged beverages, physical activity, and intensity of gadget use with the incidence of obesity in children. This study used quantitative design with a cross-sectional. Sample was 80 students with simple random sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate. The results showed there is no relationship between consumption of packaged beverages and intensity of gadget use with the incidence of obesity in children, but there is relationship between physical activity with obesity in children at SD Negeri Percobaan Palangka Raya.
Based on the Health Profile Report of Central Kalimantan in 2020, there were 74,405 cases of diabetes mellitus (DM). Barito Selatan Regency ranked fifth highest with 6,301 DM cases. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia, attributed to insufficient pancreatic insulin production or ineffective insulin utilization in the body. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between dietary patterns, age, and gender with the occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DMT2) in the Working Area of Buntok Community Health Center. This research employed an observational analytical study using a cross-sectional approach. Sampling was conducted using simple random sampling, involving 107 samples. Bivariate analysis was performed using the chi-square test. The majority of respondents were female (51.4%), with the highest age group being over 45 years old (69.2%). 50.5% exhibited poor dietary patterns, and 62.6% were non-DMT2 respondents. Bivariate analysis revealed respective p-values of 0.021, 0.010, and 0.000 for age, gender, and dietary patterns concerning DMT2 occurrence. The study concludes a significant association between age, gender, dietary patterns, and the incidence of DMT2 in the Buntok Community Health Center's Working Area.
Abstract The agricultural sector faces two serious threats: declining production due to agricultural land conversion and water shortages due to global warming. Therefore, an agricultural system that accommodates the use of vacant land and water saving, in this case, urban farming with the use of soil-less media can be applied. In recent studies, both innovations have shown positive results in various commodities but have not been explored much specifically for rice crops. This study observed the effect of soilless media application (mixed water and rice husks media) on the growth of rice. This experiment was conducted in Sumber Jeruk, Jember (altitude 281 m asl, temperature 21-31°C, RH 65-75%), January-June 2022. The experiment used a completely randomized design with two factors and three replications. The first factor was the ratio of water to rice husk (1:0; 4:1; and 8:1). The second factor was rice varieties (Inpari 46, IR 64, and Mapan 05). The combination of Mapan 05 and media ratio 4:1 showed the highest result on shoot fresh weight (351.95 g) and root fresh weight (346.35 g). Meanwhile, the highest number of root length (45.20 cm) was found in the combination of Mapan 05 and media ratio 8:1. Moreover, Mapan 05 (93.94 cm) and Inpari 46 (93.88 cm) showed no significant difference in plant height. It can be concluded that soil-less media 8;1 promotes the highest result on rice plant growth observed.
The manufacturing company in this study is a company engaged in the automotive sector that produces pistons and non-pistons. The problem that occurs in the company is that the average percentage of defects exceeds the company's standard limit of 5% while the maximum defect limit is set by the company at 1%. Identify the dominant type of defect, identify the biggest factors causing the dominant type of defect and make suggestions for improvement. In this study using the DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) in the production process of the type x gasoline piston, there are several types of defects, namely monoiri, misrun,coating loss. The types of defects that occur are based on the Pareto diagram, namely the type of defect monoiri with a percentage of 56%, misrun 28% and coating loss 16%, and the causal factors are known using a fishbone diagram, there are 5 factors, namely material, people, methods, machines and environment. Based on the results of the identification of FMEA and the calculation of the highest RPN, it is known that the monoirritic defects that occur in the causative factor of the material with an RPN value of 175. For proposed improvements, namely monitoring and creating monitoring forms to facilitate cleaning of materials on a scale, and to facilitate cleaning of larger materials. scheduled.
Diabetes Mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases with characteristics of hyperglycemia. International Diabetes Federation estimates that 9.3% of the total population in the world and 10.7 million people in Indonesia suffered from diabetes mellitus in 2019. The incidence of diabetes mellitus in Central Kalimantan is still quite high, where the city of Palangka Raya with the most cases of diabetes mellitus occurred at the Bukit Hindu Health Center. The aim is to determine the relationship of obesity and physical activity with the incidence of diabetes mellitus type II at the age of > 40 years in the Working Area of Bukit Hindu Health Center. Using observational analytic method with cross sectional approach. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, with the number of respondents aged > 40 years as many as 40 respondents. Data collection using primary data through interviews using questionnaires and measurements of weight and height. Statistical test using chi square test (α < 0,05). Result data analysis with univariate and bivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis found that obesity variable has a relationship with the occurrence of diabetes mellitus type II (p-value 0.005) and physical activity variable also has a relationship with the occurrence of diabetes mellitus type II (p-value 0.001). There is a relationship of obesity and physical activity with the occurrence of diabetes mellitus type II at the age of > 40 years in the working area of Bukit Hindu Health Center.
Mengetahui kadar gula darah di masa depan akan dapat membantu penderita diabetes dalam melakukan tindakan preventif lebih awal sehingga dapat mengontrol kadar gula darah dan penyakit diabetesnya. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pemodelan prediksi kadar gula darah pada pasien diabetes menggunakan metode regresi linear. Dataset yang digunakan adalah data time series dari kadar gula darah pada 30 anak penderita diabetes tipe 1. Dataset tersebut digunakan sebagai parameter input tunggal dengan tambahan pemanfaatan data statistik yang diuji menggunakan beberapa algoritma, yaitu Linear Regression, Lasso Regression, Ridge Regression, eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGB), dan K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Pada tahap evaluasi performa model menunjukkan bahwa metode regresi linear lebih baik dari model prediksi lainnya. Hasilnya menunjukkan untuk Prediction Horizon (PH) pada 5 menit, 15 menit, dan 30 menit didapat nilai rata-rata Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) dari 15 pasien yang diuji sebesar 5,024, 12,488, dan 20,635, nilai Mean Absolute Error (MAE) sebesar 2,891, 8,272, dan 14,926 serta nilai Coefficient of Determination (R2) sebesar 0,962, 0,741, dan 0,39. Hasil model prediksi pada penelitian ini diimplementasi dan divisualisasikan ke sistem informasi berbasis website. Dalam sistem tersebut pengguna dapat memprediksi kadar gula darah di masa depan dengan berdasarkan riwayat kadar gula darah pada waktu 30 menit sebelumnya. Pengguna juga dapat melihat visualisasi data pergerakan kadar gula darah berdasarkan rentang waktu tertentu. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pasien diabetes untuk memprediksi kadar gula darah di masa depan sehingga dapat mengontrol kadar gula darahnya dan menghindari kondisi kesehatan yang buruk di masa depan.
Pengolahan biji jagung menjadi jagung halus atau tepung jagung telah banyak dilakukan dengan menggunakan berbagai metode untuk memperoleh hasil yang baik dan maksimal. Namun sampai sekarang masih terus dilakukan penyempurnaan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Karena tingginya kebutuhan akan alat pencacah biji jagung, maka dibuatlah mesin pencacah biji jagung dengan motor listrik agar dapat digunakan oleh petani skala kecil atau UMKM. Tujuan dari pembuatan alat ini adalah untuk menghasilkan alat pencacah biji jagung yang komponennya terdiri dari mata pisau, rumah pencacah, hooper, dan saringan. Pembuatan mesin ini untuk membantu petani jagung agar dapat mengolah sendiri hasil panen tanpa harus dijual ke pengepul. Tahapan pembuatan mesin ini adalah: pembuatan komponen, assembly komponen dan pengujian alat. Spesifikasi mesin pencacah biji jagung yang dihasilkan yaitu panjang 890 mm, lebar 420 mm, tinggi 1090 mm, sumber penggerak mesin motor listrik ¼ HP dengan putaran 1400 rpm, poros baja ST 37, bearing berukuran 1 inchi. Sistem transmisi menggunakan poros yang terhubung dengan motor listrik dan dihubungkan dengan langsung dengan mata pisau. Konstruksi rangka menggunakan profil L dengan ukuran 40x40x3 mm dari bahan ST 37, dan kapasitas mesin yaitu 40 kg/jam. Setelah 3 kali pengujian, hasil tidak berbeda jauh dari tingkat kehalusan untuk setiap pengujian. Mesin ini cocok digunakan untuk pemilik lahan peternakan yang luas, karena mudah dibawa-bawa.
Forests are an area and part of the environmental cycle that is very important for survival because forests are areas on Earth that regulate the balance of the ecosystem. Forest fires rank second only to illegal logging in Indonesia's list of forest destruction causes. Forest fires can occur due to two factors, namely natural and human factors. Therefore, the hotspot factor that can cause forest fires is an independent variable. The population of hotspots in the West Kalimantan region in 2020 amounted to 1,416 spots. This study aims to predict the number of hotspot occurrences on land and forests that cause fires before the fires spread and are challenging to overcome or extinguish. The method to indicate the number of hotspot occurrences uses the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) methods. Modeling ARIMA (0,1,1) and SARIMA (0,1,1) (2,2,1)12 obtained Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) evaluation results for ARIMA of 6.61 while SARIMA of 7.61. The ARIMA's Mean Squared Error (MSE) evaluation value is 43.70, and the SARIMA is 58.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the ARIMA model provides excellent and accurate performance in describing the trend of hotspot events that will occur in the future with a smaller RMSE value compared to SARIMA.
