Based on project-case teaching method, according to the object and request of talent training of MEE, the teaching plan of specialized course of MEE was proposed, and a new teaching system with theoretical and practice teaching was constructed. Two steps were required, plan of task and its practice, when the task driven teaching pattern was applied in the course. The result of this teaching reform showed that this pattern will stimulate students’ initiatives of learning, enhance their practical and creative abilities, help them gain favorable comprehensive qualities, and cultivate them to become talents accordance with the goal of our national education. It was hoped to provide colleges with the references to the teaching system construction of MEE.

Based on the characteristics of practical teaching system for resources and environment science in Mianyang normal university,some dilemmas in the practical teaching process were analyzed,some practical teaching reform measures were proposed from the following aspects:guiding ideology,train objective,capability requirement,progress goal and practical competence development.These measures were designed for improving the quality of practical teaching of resource and environment science specialty.

本文对水资源承载力理论进行了重新界定,提出了水资源优化配置的7个目标,强调了从以需定供到以供定需、从水量配置为主到质量并重、从工程措施为主到工程和非工程措施并重、从经济效益为主到社会、经济、生态效益并重的水资源优化配置思路。本研究可以为水资源的优化配置提供思路和方法基础。

分析了水资源承载力研究中的方向和重点,另行定义了水资源承载力的概念,提出了以水质和水量双要素为支撑的水资源承载力概念,从时间尺度、空间尺度、智力条件、边界条件和承载对象方面进行了论述。从社会经济、技术、生态和系统角度论述了水资源承载力的内涵。

文章首先对循环经济的概念及内涵进行阐释,进而采用循环经济的理论分析房地产产业链中存在的问题,主要表现为建筑材料、土地利用、建筑节能、供应结构和对生态环境的影响等五个方面。最后提出用循环经济理念来解决这些问题的对策。

By discussing the disadvantages of the land use planning system in China with the help of knowledge and documents through an analysis of current land use planning system. The author puts forward a series of proposals for land use planning system in China according to the current situation of our county based on the comparison analysis of land use planning in other developed counties, such as Britain ,America ,Japan ,Germany etc. The proposals involved refer to several aspects as follows :simplifying planning system concretely and specifying content and responsibility of planning; enhancing the advantages and operation of dynamic alteration; emphasizing the impact of land use planning on the adjustment of area industrial structure; achieving intergradations between cities and countryside through wholly-planning of cities and counties.
