Through an investigation of compressor starting at low voltage,on the basis of critical-state comparison and starting-time comparison,a suitable starting capacitance of different compressor was discussed.The starting capacitance increased with compressor power.It was close to 75μF when compressor power was more than 200W.The factors which affact the start of the compressor and matchup among starting relay,heat-protecting device and the compressor were studied.Experiments show that compound starting mode can assure a compressor normal operation at 220V,but also put it start at a low voltage 140V,which 47V smaller than that of current products that the same functions at home and abroad.
Describes the construction of vacuum plate insulator and its characteristics,the thickness distribution of the vacuum plate insulator used in the BCD-186 CHS fridge we developed and the composition of composite insulator by which the vacuum plate is made to combine with polyurethane.Then,the insulating properties of polyurethane is conpared with that of composite insulator,such as heat leakage and energy consnmption,when they are applied to the fridge developed.Testing results showed that the heat leakage can be decreased by 12.6% with energy cnsumption decreased by 11.4% if using the composite insulator.Introduces the way to apply the vacuum plate insulator to the thermal insulation of fridge,relevant precautions and its effect.Looks ahead to the applications of the vacuum plate insulator.
By analysing different influencing factors to the compressor's COP,the paper puts forward the technological requirements on the prcessing and assembling of the components,and make an inquiry into measures to improve the compressive and mechanical efficiency of the compressor,and the optimization of the electrical machinery.In line with the requirement of this research,the COP of the three models:R600a; efficienly and high efficiency energy saving compressor is as high as 1.75 which based on the main type.
Composite and stereoscopic structure with laminated exchanger flake was used on evaporator of freezing chamber.Wing-flakes were fixed outside the refrigerant pipe coil with a S type to increase the refrigeration capacity of the top part and the bottom part of freezing chamber. Freezing chamber was divided into variable temperature areas according to 1:1 proportion.A temperature sensor controls On-Off of an double steady states electro-magnetic valve so that cut-over of refrigerant circuit can be completed. Variable temperature areas might be used as freezing chamber, lower-degree freezing chamber, or cold storage chamber and also could be shut off. By the optimizing design of the condenser structure, direction and position of anti-condensation pipe and evaporator, circling-gas exchanger and by matching the load of compressor, condenser ,and evaporator, a direct cooling refrigerator, BCD-186CHS,was recently developed. It consumes 0.39 kWh per day under the maximum load, and less than 0.35kWh even 0.31 kWh per day when the variable temperature chamber is operating under economy condition.

Design and development of CO_2 compact heat exchanger mostly constrained the application of CO_2automobile air-conditioning.In the paper, the transcritical cycle,fundamentals of heat transfer,fundamental design microchannels heat exchangers, characteristic of CO_2 refrigerant and microchannel are discussed.Some ideas are presented on the geometric dimension, calculation on design load,material selection and dehumidification of microchannels heat exchangers and so on.

Compound two stage ammonia screw compressor unit is a new high-efficient and saving energy product developed for rapid freezing food substitution.Its selection method is given and the parameters called as COP and cylinder volume ratio and intermediate pressure for freezing food in deep temperature are analyzed.Which provide guidance for selecting and disposing the compressor under advisable,reliable and high-efficient condition.
利用过冷却水制冰蓄冷的关键设备是过冷却器 ,建立了过冷却器制冰蓄冷的实验装置。通过测定过冷却器进、出口两种流体的温度 ,整理绘制出正常状态下温度随时间的变化曲线。实验得出 ,当冷水温度为 - 1.5℃~1.7℃ ,流速在 1.4~ 1.8m s时 ,经管束喷出的水流会在碰撞后成冰 ,有利于制冰蓄冷 ,可得到较高的IPF值。

Computational methods of heat transfer and pressure loss of plate condenser used in refrigeration system is given. Comparison analysis and technological analysis of engineering application example are provided. A conclusion is drawn that integrated efficiency of applying plate condenser is obvious and should be put into use widely in spite of it's higher initial costs.
