Telomeres play an important role in critical physiological processes,including genome stability,cancer,and aging.G-quadruplex DNA is a four-stranded structure that is held together by square planes of G-quartets.Guanine-rich sequences with the potential to form G-quadruplexes exist in the telomere as well as in promoter regions of certain oncogenes.The identification of these sequences as novel targets for the development of anticancer drugs has sparked interest in the design of molecules that can interact with quadruplex DNA.Numerous metal complexes have recently been shown to interact effectively with G-quadruplexes.This review provides an overview of the important roles that metal complexes can play as quadruplex DNA binding molecules.The detection of G-quadruplex DNA is an important target for developing potential antitumor drugs.

Because of the adverse effect of raw water quality variation and monitoring lag on the traditional process equipment,the original technical parameters changed.The waste of chemicals and raw water was significant,and the safety of water supply was affected.Therefore,the subsidiary measures were taken to as far as possible keep the relevant technical parameters in the design range,and the improved water quality safety warning system is gradually established.
Examination is the most commonly used means to check correspondence students' learning and knowledge.Violation of discipline exists in correspondence examinations,which seriously disrupts the fair learning environment and damages the learning atmosphere.Through analyzing the vidation of discipline in correspondence examination and the reasons,the paper points out the malpractice existing in present correspondence examinations,and discusses the direction of correspondence examination reform,in the hope of finding a way to reduce the violation of discipline and improving the general mood of correspondence teaching and learning.
Based on analysing sensitivity of receiving system of the naval mine,a new method which can use microcomputer software to accomplish all-around receive underwater of Very Low Frequency(VLF).The theory of digital all-around technology is derived in this article,and it proves that can use software substitute the main part of hardware of the naval mine receiver.And simplifies the sophisticate reception circuit which is two frequency conversions superheterodyne reception circuit and analogue phase demodulation circuit.The capability,reliability and sensitivity of the receiver by this technology are improved greatly.
