Compressed air system is one of the most important systems in traditional industries. As a main energy consumer, it has important practical significance to save energy from three major links of production, transportation and application. This paper analyzed the main energy consumption of compressed air from production and transportation to the utilization, and a series of improvement measures on energy saving were put forward and analyzed based on the actual working process of compressed air system. The analysis shows that the deep energy conservation transformation is a complex work which needs to be matched with each link, the energy consumption will be greatly reduced when traditional energy saving measures assisted by new frequency conversion technology, aircompressor station intelligent monitoring system and heat recovery technology. This paper can provide reference for energy saving reconstruction of air compressor system in factories and enterprises.
The electrical energy is converted into mechanical energy in the long term continuous operation of air compressor in thermal power plant. The air is strongly compressed in the process, and the temperature increases greatly, and should be cooled through the cooling system before storage. If this part of the energy is recovered, it can help enterprises to save energy consumption and create good economic, environmental and social effects. In this paper, the scheme of the waste heat utilization of air compressor is designed, and the heat recovery of the compressed air system of six 250kW units in Qing He plant is carried out, the reclaimed heat is used to heat domestic water. The economic analysis is also carried out related to the project. It is shown that the payback period of the project is only about 8 months, and it can save 718 tons of standard coal annually.
