Based on literatures review on entrepreneurship - driven employment of college students,this paper builds a college students employment model of path dependence with the survey data of 261 college students by the program behavior model.The model results show that college students' entrepreneurial ability,family support and related entrepreneurship policies have significant effects on college students' willing to participate in entrepreneurial activity,while college students' entrepreneurial attitude has an unsignificant effect.According to the analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions to enhance the entrepreneurial intention of college students from three points of view,which are propaganda efforts of college students employment policy,supports from college students' relatives and friends on entrepreneurial attitude,personnel training program on college students entrepreneurship education.
Will family enterprises disappear in the period while public enterprises develop rapidly? Based on the summary of literature on family enterprises governance,the contractual relationship and development rules for corporate governance in family enterprises have been clearly clarified.Further,with a model perspective and evolutionary game theory,this article analyzes the endogenous path in the transformation of governance structure in family enterprises.The result indicates that the governance pattern of family enterprises has developed spontaneously by a compatible system arrangement in the process of economic development.However,due to different ways of evolution,different patterns of governance come into being finally.
在对高考弃考现象分析和对学习能力、就业质量概念界定基础上,通过对72所高校大学生的调查数据,得出课程学习比较困难和比较容易的专业较好就业,反之则不太容易;大学生们最感兴趣的是"文艺活动通告"和"学术讲座",最喜欢的学习模式为"个人自主学习"与"体验式学习",最不喜欢的是"问题式学习模式";在大学期间,大学生们更愿意表现出"学习坚韧、学习兴趣、知识拓展、学习团队"四方面,而他们对就业质量偏差性认识主要体现在"晋升机会、工作收入、职业发展前景"三方面。最后,据此提出在校大学生学习能力提升的五层递进方案。
Employment is the most important indicator for the national political and economic prosperity. The author divides historical evolution of the connotation of employability into five phases and analyzes employability differs by different users. By the questionnaire survey data from students of 45 colleges in Beijing, there are four behaviors of Chinese college students' employability. They are passive attitude to study, prefer to choose stable jobs, passively waiting for jobs, Lowly accepting for self employability. The author points out that the training and development of Chinese college students' employability is a systemic project, which needs cooperation among the government, colleges and employers. The government should make suitable regulation on the labour market, colleges should take the effectiveness of developing students' employability as an important criterion of evaluating teaching quality, and employers need to strengthen ties with colleges. In this way, college students can expect their successful employment.
Employment is the most important index of national politics and economy.In this paper,I make a review on the theoretical ideas on China's college students' employment research,and finally make a conclusion that there are seven causes that bring about the difficulty in Chinese college students' employment with a large number of statistics data.
Based on the acknowledgement of the meaning and spirits of Socratic instructional method,teachers who attended a luncheon party hosted by OTA of CUEB compared Socratic instructional method with Chinese traditional Confucius instructional method from different angles,discussed the enlightenment of Socratic instructional method for university teaching in China and the problems in its application in Chinese universities.They drew the conclusion that instructional method is just a way to realize the function of education and different instructional methods should be applied according to courses.

Employment structure is closely linked with industrial structure.What's more,employment structure itself is an important field in the research of industrial structure.The interaction procedure of industrial structure and the employment structure in Beijing since the reform and opening up has shown that along with the upgrade of Beijing industrial structure,there emerges a high-professional and highly-skilled trend in Beijing employment structure,and the requirements for the quality of working population will be getting higher and higher in the future.
在严峻的大学生就业形势面前,通过对在校大学生进行的发展需求问卷调查,发现绝大多数在校大学生对就业并未丧失信心,相反他们提出了特点鲜明且务实的潜在发展需求,即"择业需求"、"情绪调试需求"、"学习需求"、"自我发展需求";通过所构建的大学生发展需求结构方程模型,不仅揭示了在校大学生具体需求与潜在需求间的内在关系,而且特别揭示了在校大学生潜在发展需求间的联系,为高校教育工作者及相关机构改善其支持服务体系提供借鉴参考。

There are plenty of contrary operation behavior among Chinese insurance agents currently. This article deeply research the commission system of insurance agents by multi - tasks principal - agent model of Holmstrom and Milgrom. As a result, the salary drive to insurance agents should not be supposed to be service quantity only, but also emphasis on service quality. In the end, this article prompts some relative suggestions on incentive mechanism.
Based on the analysis of reasons for health insurance fraud, this paper builds a game model of health insurance fraud to research on the relations among parameters in the health insurance contracts for game equilibrium. As a result, this paper supplies theoretical basis to optimal health insurance contracts.
