在激烈的市场竞争中,各管理体系融合、构建同时满足各管理要求的基础管理体系是企业管理创新与提升的一项重要工作,是现代企业实施组织管理标准化的趋势,也成为现代企业管理水平和持续发展能力的重要标志. 经过多年发展,北京天然气管道有限公司(以下简称公司)已形成较完备的质量、安全、环境、能源、计量、内部控制、法律风险防控、安全生产标准化、惩防等体系,这些体系都策划建立了各自的管理文件,在各专业管理工作中发挥了重要作用.但同时也存在多头分散管理、文件种类多、工作标准不统一、审核检查多、各部门协同不够等问题,增加了管理成本,降低了管理效率,导致体系与业务“两层皮”,影响了制度执行和管理效果.
The forms and distribution of sulphur in condensate oil of Yong 22 gas storage were studied, the reasons to cause unsatisfactory desulfurization effect of desulfurizer were analyzed, and then a new desulfurizer was developed, and its desulfurization effect was verified through the field test. The test showed that the hydrogen sulfide content in the downstream flash steam achieved the purpose of the class II standard gas requirements.
以某储气库含硫注采井井下安全阀及井口主阀失效井喷为例,选用直观、物理量间关系容易推演高斯正态扩散模型,对不同注采时期和不同气象条件下硫化氢扩散伤害距离进行数值计算.结果表明,储气库含硫注采井发生井喷后,正常注采周期的不同注采阶段下风速是硫化氢扩散的主控因素;下风向和横风向伤害距离差异大,在相同气象条件下,风速越大(大气越不稳定)伤害距离越小,风速增大伤害距离与风速敏感度降低.
京58地下储气库群中永22储气库为未开发的凝析气藏,采出气含大量H2S,项目采用干法脱硫技术对H2S进行脱除.由于该储气库为凝析气藏,采出气中含有凝析油,虽然脱硫塔之前对凝析油进行了分离,但仍不可避免的会有部分凝析油被带人脱硫塔,这就导致脱硫剂出现板结,造成脱硫剂卸剂困难.本文以永22储气库脱硫设计及运行情况为依托,研究预防脱硫剂板结的技术,以期提高脱硫剂的实际硫容、提高脱硫剂卸剂的便捷性.
储气库注采过程中气水过渡带上两相交互驱替的渗流特征,直接影响其注采能力和库容量,有必要开展多周期的注采气水相渗变化实验,研究气水过渡带上多周期气水交互驱替的气水运移规律和分布规律.结果表明:多周期气水互驱后,气相相对渗透率升高,水相相对渗透率降低,导致气体指进更加严重,水的残余量增大;随着注采周期的增加,气水相渗在两相区的残余气饱和度增加,加之残余水饱和度本身仍占大部分,造成储气库库容量和运行气量的损失;在多周期气水互驱过程后,束缚水对气相的渗透率影响不大,残余气对水相渗透率影响显著.
地下储气库作为一种高效的天然气存储设施被广泛应用,其中凝析气藏改建的储气库占很大比例.针对由弱边水凝析气藏改建的储气库,分析了采气过程中的相态变化,通过气藏工程方法及物质守恒原理,建立了考虑气藏弹性能、油环油、边水水体、反凝析等因素的物质平衡方程式,进而建立了水体能量与压力变化图.结合某储气库地质资料与运行动态数据,对其水体能量及水侵量进行了计算评价,从而为凝析气藏改建储气库的水侵量评价提供了理论依据.
针对断层封闭储气库注气过程,利用流体力学、渗流力学和气藏工程方法,推导了从注采井井口至井底、井底至近井地带区域以及近井地带至断层3个阶段的压力分布方程,绘制了不同流动和地质参数下的预测图版,为储气库注气过程中从井口到断层全过程的压力跟踪评价提供了理论依据和参考.利用推导的公式,可以根据注气井口或井底压力计算储气库断层处的压力,判断断层压力是否超过设计上限压力,也可以根据断层处最大开启压力,计算注采井合理注气压力界限并评价气库提高库容的可行性.
注采气能力预测是地下储气库安全运行的核心技术之一,其预测值的准确与否直接影响到上游气田和整个天然气管网的调配生产以及下游用户的用气安全。为此,基于有水气藏型地下储气库多周期注采运行规律,根据地下储气库多周期运行盘库分析方法,利用地下储气库盘库库容参数的定义,通过一系列的数学推导,创建了地下储气库多周期运行注采气能力预测数学模型及预测方法。实例应用结果表明:①该模型预测结果与地下储气库实际运行结果十分接近,预测模型适用性较好、预测精度高;②通过地下储气库多周期运行动态分析并准确把握库容参数未来变化趋势,能够合理预测及评价地下储气库多周期运行注采气能力的变化。目前该方法应用于已建地下储气库注采气能力预测及优化配产配注中,现场应用效果较好,为进一步提高地下储气库运行效率、降低储气成本提供了技术支持。
Dynamic evaluation on fault seal integrity is a bottleneck in the underground gas storage construction, operation and management, because fault seal integrity directly affects the reliability and economy of underground gas storage's operation. In this paper, taking the Banzhongbei Gas Storage as an example, a systematic fault seal integrity evaluation is given by integrating qualitative and quantitative methods, and the evaluation method based on multiple regression of natural gamma is established as well. Moreover, the permeability and clay content diagram and the fault seal integrity evaluation and ranking table given in this paper provide a reference for the fault seal integrity evaluation of other gas storages. It is recommended to deploy appropriate monitoring wells in the external reservoirs of existing gas storages to achieve longterm dynamic monitoring of faults in the production process, and take this as a major method for the gas storage reservoir integrity management.
Site preference of underground gas storage is a key factor,which will state a running condition of underground gas storage in a longer time.As to the site preference of underground gas storage,multiple objectives can be considered.Therefore,sufficient engineering and project demonstration should be carried out in the prophase construction of site for gas storage.According to the successful experiences in construction and operation of existing gas storage in China,this paper describes,in a systematical and quantitative way,the preference indexes for rebuilding the gas storage from the pore-type reservoirs like gas reservoirs,oil reservoirs and water reservoirs into gas storage sites involved in the site type,structural trap,encapsulation,reservoir's property,fluid's property,buried depth of the reservoir,the initial reservoir's conditions,geographical conditions,which is of realistic significance for planning and construction of underground gas storage.
以我国后期开发油田为研究对象,应用技术经济学原理,以成本、产量和利税之间的关系为基础,突破以前油田调整方案盈亏平衡分析中只考虑生产能力这个单一因素的局限性,考虑了原油价格、生产成本等其他因素的影响,特别是考虑了当几个因素同时发生变化时对项目盈亏平衡的综合影响,提出了油田调整方案项目多因素盈亏平衡分析关系式,为油田调整措施的实施提供了重要的依据.给出了某油田实际评价结果,证明了该方法的有效性.
应用技术经济学原理,结合已开发区块油气井增产措施的特征,以成本、产量和利税之间的关系为基础,突破以往研究中不考虑资金时间价值这一局限性,不仅考虑开发总投资及其利息,而且考虑了措施有效期内逐月原油销售收入及其利息、逐月操作费用及其利息,提出了已开发区块油气井增产措施中的产量界限、投资界限、价格界限、成本界限模型,为油田调整措施的实施提供了重要的依据和相应计算评价方法.最后还给出了某油田实际评价应用结果,证明了该方法的有效性.
The optimization of oil-gas field stimulation is a complex engine er ing project with multi-targets,which allows to use a series of technical and economic indexes for complete and systematical evaluation of available stimulati on processes.According to correlation analysis principle of grey system theory ,a grey correlation analysis approach used in oil-gas stimulation optimization is developed,with specifically applied cases.It is concluded that this approa ch can be not affected by mathematical statistics ones which limit data;when ec onomic index of each program is given,the analytical result gained by applying this approach is given without changes for different analysts or decision-mak-ers;possessing advantage over another methods in quantification of parameters .In addition,this approach is simple and reliable in calcula-tions.
