According to the practical manufacturing situation of room air-conditioner in the domestic industry of home appliances, the green assessing index system for room air-conditioner was established.Based on the feature of knowledge synthesizing for fuzzy cognitive map, the absent problem of information was resolved when relative importance degrees between indexes were given by different experts.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method was used to get the weighting of each index.Effective factors on green features were decided according to the evaluated results, so design and manufacturing process of products can be revised, and enterprises can be easy to face the laws and regulations, and directives of WEEE, RoHS in European.
Green root irrigation method was used to irrigate the tomatoes,and the experimental result proved that water consumption was decreased,and production was improved.The best depth of irrigation was 30cm to the surface of the earth and water consumption was 0.75 L each time for tomatoes.Based on the experimental result of tomatoes,the green root irrigation method was used to irrigate the trees on the sides of the road and fruiter in droughty district.Mechanical equipment was developed for green root irrigation system.The result of experiment on almond at the age of one showed that the survival rate and features of growth had been improved than other irrigation method.Contrasted with the subsurface drip irrigation,green root irrigation has lower cost,easier control,easier operation and lower failure.
In China, there is no integrated and effective reverse logistics system for disposing e-waste. Considering from the perspective of a specific region, this paper presents a multi-factor model to analyze how regional factors, including government, economy, technology, consumer, infrastructure and geographical factors, act on a reverse logistics system and to find out which is the decisive factor. Based on the regional factor analysis and combined with China's situation on e-waste disposing entities, modularized management is applied to organize a reverse logistics system in Shao Guan, Guang Dong province of China
本文系统地从经济、环境、技术等方面给出了影响产品的可拆卸性能的指标体系,并以可拆卸度来评价产品的可拆卸性,从而可以反馈影响产品拆卸性能的相关信息给设计和拆卸过程.最后以空调室外机为例进行了说明.
In order to reduce the pollution of wasted products on the environment, improve the disassemblability of product, and recycle, reuse or remanufacture the wasted products effectively, disassembly sequence planning is researched in this paper. After the methods of generation on disassembly sequences are analyzed, the concept and mathematical model of the hierarchical fuzzy cognitive map (HFCM) is proposed. The HFCM disassembly model can clearly express the relationship among the parts, and the method of HFCM can simplify the computational process of reasoning, generate the feasible disassembly sequences. Finally, the fan electromotor accessory with fifteen parts in air-condition is exemplified to show the establishment of disassembly model and computational process of generation of disassembly sequences.
