文章在F-VBR模型的基础上提出了自适应反馈码率控制算法,通过反馈确定视频编码帧率、编码目标比特率和量化参数,根据视频图像的内容对编码帧进行选择.在实际的视频电话系统Cool-Video中应用了该算法,取得了良好的效果.
We study and implement a practical Internet videophone system, Cool-Video. Audio and video synchronization mechanisms based on dynamic windows, and a rate control mechanism based on F-VBR have been implemented in the system. Altering the data packeting method decreases the influence of packet-loss. All these have improved the performance of the system and provided better QoS to users
针对码本激励线性预测编码(CELP),将小波变换运用于长时基音预测后的二次残差信号,提出了小波激励线性预测(WELP)技术,大大降低了语音编码的复杂度。在保持相同合成音质的情况下,可使码速率为6.6kbit/s的WELP的编码速度较之相应的CELP提高一倍。在此基础上,给出了用两片ADSP2181芯片实现的6.6kbit/sWELP语音编译码器的定点实时实现系统,并对该系统作了性能测试和语音质量评测,表明了该系统的良好特性。
