The principle of InSb magnetoresistance was introduced.A circuit of direction-judgable and measuring rotative velocity was designed,and the time procedure drawing of direction-judgable and multiple-frequency circuit was provided.The measuring accuracy of velocity was improved by adopting the method of fourfold-frequency.The high-performance programmable logical device(PLD) GAL16V8 instead of normal discrete devices was utilized to realize the logical function,and besides,the stability and reliability of the di- rection-judgable and multiple-frequency circuit was improved.
分析了InSb磁敏电阻器的工作原理和温度特性,讨论了利用偏置磁场作用于半桥磁敏电阻构成齿轮转速传感器的测试原理;针对半导体材料对温度十分敏感的特点,提出了利用浮动零点跟踪技术测试齿轮转速的方法,很好地克服了环境温度及磁场变化对磁敏电阻的影响.实验表明:其响应频率为0.5Hz~12kHz.
The operating principles of the INSb magnetic resistor are analyzed. The semi-bridge magnetic resistor can be used to measure the rotating velocity and displacement by biasing magnetic field acted on it. As the semi-conductor is sensitive to the temperature, a method to use the shifting zero-point to test the rotating velocity of the gear made from magnetic material is presented. And its features are also discussed.
