Clean energy grid-connected power quality problem is attached more and more importance to,so it is imperative to research an inputting and compensative mechanism about clean energy power quality treatment expense.A differential smart grid-connected clean energy pricing mechanism based on quality insurance is proposed in this paper.According to customers′ needs for power quality and the clean energy power quality being treated and intermitted,the pricing method combining quality treatment with quality insurance are suggested.

The basic contents of developmental and incentive grid price regulation models were presented based on national circumstances.According to the analysis of typical transmission and distribution price regulation model,combined with national circumstances and the status and trend of grid development,a two-stage price regulation model was proposed,and such model suited to national conditions,effectively encouraged investment and had certain incentive effects.In addition,this model not only reflected investment incentives for new investors in the period of the current grid development,but also ensured the incentive effects.Through the correction of efficiency factor,the incentive of the model was increased,and the influence of the changes in electricity demand on the price was also considered.The recommendations for the selection of appropriate parameters were made.

Based on reviewing business model definition and taxonomy literatures,and analyzing external opportunities that smart grid brings power grid enterprise,systematically put forward under smart grid innovative business models,and investigate how power grid enterprise would play in the new business models.Finally,give some suggestions about how power grid enterprise well innovate its business model under smart grid.

Based on domestic and foreign labor cost management experience,this paper tried to build a suitable labor cost analysis index system for enterprises in electric industry,then give a corresponding application examples of how to use it by collecting official statistics and analyzing them under the afore established analysis index system,which help electric power enterprise established standard labor cost management.
