研究环新疆经济圈主要经济体贸易结构的互补性,对制定正确的外贸政策,促进环新疆经济圈经贸合作有着重大的指导意义.为了分析环新疆经济圈的形成对中国经济产生的影响,有必要对中国与环新疆经济圈其它各经济体现有的经济特征尤其是贸易特征做较详细的定量研究.运用显性比较优势指数和贸易互补性指数对中国与环新疆经济圈其它主要经济体之间的贸易情况进行了实证分析,指出中国与环新疆经济圈其它主要经济体在各类产品上的比较优势,并测算出中国与其它主要经济体之间整体的互补性.结论表明,中国在纺织服装和办公器械及电信设备方面具有很强的比较优势.从出口来看,与俄罗斯、伊朗、巴基斯坦和哈萨克斯坦的互补性较大;从进口来看,与印度和巴基斯坦的互补性较强.因此,加强中国与上述经济体的贸易合作,有利于发挥各经济体的比较优势,加快环新疆经济圈经济一体化的进程.
