Using the regression model,we can obtain that in State-owned forest farm Houzhenzi,the incentive mechanism has significant impact on the operation result. In the light of the current incentive mechanism problem,this paper plans to establish the Hygiene Salary system and the Inspiration Salary system in this forest farm,which is based on the modern motivation theory,and adds option incentive which is a long-term incentive method into the mechanism,in order to achieve effective incentive to employees.
