Objective To explore the synthetic method of N-formylpiperidine imprinted polymer.Methods Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) were synthesized by bulk polymerization(MIP1) and swelling polymerization(MIP2) using n-formylpiperidine(NFP) as the imprinted molecular,methacrylic acid(MAA) as the functional monomer and trimethylolpropane(TRIM) as the cross-linker.The binding and selectivity of MIPs was observed under scanning electron microscope(SEM),analysed by laser granulometer and evaluated by the static batch method.Also the adsorption capacity of the analogues on MIPs was compared.Results Among the two synthetic methods of N-formylpiperidine imprinted polymer,The binding and selectivity of MIP synthesized by swelling polymerization was higher than that by bulk polymerization.The adsorption capacity of NFP on MIP was also larger than that of the analogues of NFP.Conclusion The results demonstrated that the NFP-MIP synthesized by swelling polymerization was better and the stereochemical structure of substrates may mainly contribute to the recognition property of MIPs.
In order to reduce the undesirable components in paper-making process reconstituted tobacco,the effects of adding pectinase,hemicellulase and protease in tobacco fines and stems extraction,adding rates,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature and time on the contents of protein,holocellulose and pectin in the extracted tobacco fines and stems,and contents of reducing sugar and amino acid in the extract were studied.The results showed that:1) the appropriated extraction conditions were:extraction temperature 50 ℃ for 2 hours in the presence of 0.5%(w/w) enzyme mixture(mass ratio of pectinase,hemicellulase and proteinase was 2∶ 2∶ 1) for tobacco stem,and 0.8%(w/w) enzyme mixture(mass ratio of pectinase,hemicellulase and proteinase was 1∶ 2∶ 2) for tobacco fines.2) Comparing with hot water extraction,the enzymatic extraction increased the hydrolysis rates of protein,holocellulose and pectin in tobacco stems and tobacco fines by 7.63,4.97,15.87 and 16.59,5.58,16.13 percentage points,respectively;the reducing sugar in the enzymatic extract increased by 2.55 and 3.68 percentage points,while the viscosity of the enzymatic extract decreased by 0.32 and 0.149 Pa · s,respectively.
Flavonoids contained in cortex mori have various medicinal activities.In this study,single factor and orthogonal tests were used to optimize the extraction conditions for total flavonoids from cortex mori.Under the optimal extraction conditions,total flavonoids extraction rates from 4 Morus atropurpurea Roxb.varieties under commercial cultivation in South China regions and 3 different processing methods were compared.The optimum extraction conditions were as fol-lows: volume fraction of ethanol 60%,extraction temperature 60 ℃,material mass concentration 25 g /L,extraction time 45 minutes,and number of extraction times 1.The influence of different processing methods on total flavonoids extraction rate was evidently obvious.To the same mulberry variety,the total flavonoids extraction rates of cortex mori processed by removing the xylem and keeping the outer yellowish brown layer or by slicing the whole roots were both obviously high-er than that processed by removing both the outer yellowish brown layer and xylem.While the cortex mori was processed by removing the xylem and keeping the outer yellowish brown layer or by slicing the whole roots,the difference of total flavonoids extraction rates between various mulberry varieties was obvious.However,while the cortex mori was processed by removing both the outer yellowish brown layer and xylem,the difference of total flavonoids extraction rates between various mulberry varieties was not obvious.With the processing methods of removing the xylem and keeping the outer yellowish brown layer or by slicing the whole roots,the contents of total flavonoids in cortex mori from mulberry varieties Tang10 and Yueshenda10 were as high as 6.87 mg /g and 7.37 mg /g.
