针对温米采油厂采油污水物化处理系统存在的问题,对水处理药剂进行优选试验,分别对混凝剂、氧化剂、阻垢剂、缓蚀剂进行了药剂种类筛选和用量试验,得出最佳处理药剂配方为:聚合氯化铝(PAC)90mg/L、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)5 mg/L、氧化剂(高锰酸钾)5 mg/L、阻垢剂(FZ-325)100 mg/L、缓蚀剂(KYHS3#)60 mg/L。采用该药剂配方处理污水,水质达到SY/T5329—2012《碎屑岩油藏注水水质指标及分析方法》,满足回注要求。
Outflow oil and recycling water have been employed respectively as standard oil to draw standard oil curves in this research.It turns to be feasible that outflow oil replace oily sewage in drawing standard oil curves.Oil content test has been conducted on the samples with infrared and ultraviolet photometric methods separately.The relative deviation of the tests is 83.3% to 100%.Result analysis verifies the rationality of testing oil content via ultraviolet photometric method in SY/T 5329-94.Standard addition recovery ratio test of the total iron shows that the ratio is satisfactory when the pH is kept at 2 to 3 in potassium permanganate oxidization.Thus,the accuracy of the tests has been improved.
用马来酸酐、丙烯酸及次亚磷酸钠合成了一种磷基马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物缓蚀剂DZ-1,并采用正交试验方法研究了合成该缓蚀剂的最佳条件。红外光谱分析表明合成产物与实验设计的相符。合成缓蚀剂在缓速酸中有较好的缓蚀效果,添加0.5%KI及0.2%非离子表面活性剂的DZ-1在90℃下对缓速酸的缓蚀率可达到99.95%。
The examination has been made about the quality changes of two 0.45 μm aperture filter membranes used in the laboratory under the condition of 90℃ constant temperature.It is found out that mixed filter membrane made by Shanghai some factory satisfies the request that quality differences before and after constant temperature are smaller than 0.2mg.Meanwhile,in doing the experiment of the relation between the storage time and suspended substance content of 4℃ injected water,it is appropriate to determine water sample with the high content of total iron as quickly as possible that day.
The oil well cement self healing technology to improve the cementing quality,the sealing long-term sex has important significance is increased.The self-healing agent KRM—1 developed by Nanjing ChaRisma Co.,Ltd response speed,for initial microfracture recovery degree is good,but there are big loss,from the long-term effect is weak to heal the problem.Based on the suspension embedding method,micro emulsion polymerization and emulsion polymerization of fine got three kinds of modified self healing agent,and make its performance evaluation.Results show that: the use of fine emulsion polymerization method,since the healing-agent KRM—C have good compatibility,and compare to the self-healing agent KRM—1,its healing of long-term are more optimal;Cement stone compressive strength is increased by 38.1%,33.9% lower permeability.The field test results are good.

Researched by AFM,the laboratory results were obtained that the accumulated phase of latex cement slurry was bigger and tighter than normal,because the latex accelerated the ettringite's forming.The latex cement of Tianjin,had needle and fiber shaped materials and well arranged,and the latex cement of Chevron had the same with Tianjin except some floc,moreover,the Jiangsu's latex cement has more floc and less needle shaped materials,however,the normal cement had no needle shaped materials and the floc was bad arranged.In the three kinds of latex cement systems,the spongy shaped materials around the ettringite could seal fractures,reduce fluid loss,prevent gas channeling and improve the bonding strength.
The binary composite system of epoxy resin and phenolic resin is a desirable agent for eliminating oil and gas leakage in oil - gas field.The advantages of this plugging agent and its reaction mechanism are discussed in this paper.The optimum formulation of the plugging agent was identified as follows by optimizing the alcohol usage,the mass ratio of phenolic resin to epoxy resin and the addition of curing agent:100 g resin containing 60 mL ethanol,m(epoxy resin):m(phenolic resin) = 6:4,hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA) usage(based on total resin mass) = 2.0%.This plugging agent is of low permeability with the plugging percentage of more than 97%.It is of high strength,and has high temperature resistant,water resistant, oil resistant and corrosion resistant performance.The usage of this plugging agent shall be adjusted according to the specific process adopted and the geological conditions.This plugging agent is not applicable for high temperature(>85℃) reservoir.
For the case of restricted application of epoxy resin in oil -well plugging,we explore bisphenol F - type epoxy resin in the role of water plugging.We investigate the effects of temperature and diluting agent on the viscosity of the resin.We evaluate curing time of the resin,the strength,solubility,shrinkage rate, and selective water plugging of the solidified body.The results show that Bisphenol F - type epoxy resin solution is suitable for underground medium - and high - temperature conditions and the optimum composited diluting agents are absolute ethanol and benzyl alcohol at volume ratio of 1:2.By adding self-made curing agent WLTP,the curing time is adjustable within a wide range from 30 minutes to 25 hours and the solidified body has the curing strength of more than 5 MPa and satisfies the sealing requirements.Bisphenol F - type epoxy resin has very low dissolution rate in water and oil and it has very low shrinkage rate by adding active micro - silica powder.It has low permeability rate and sealing effect is good.By adding self - made pore - forming agent WXB - 1,bisphenol F - type epoxy resin can be translated into selective water plugging agent, which expands the application scope of resins in oil - well plugging.
In view of the exploitation of domestic high temperature and high salt content oil reservoir,an epoxy resin/phenolic resin compound water plugging profile modification system was prepared with epoxy resin adhesive and phenolic resin as well as suitable hardener and toughner.The optimum formulation of the compound plugging profile modification agent is identified as follows; mixture of epoxy resin and phenolic resin (with the mass ratio of epoxy resin to phenolic resin of 6:4) 100 g,thinner 40 mL,Hexamethylenetetramine hardener 0.1% ,pilot test fiber 2.0%.The performance of the compound profile modification system was evaluated. The test results have shown that the compression strength of the water plugging profile modification system was as high as 7.76 MPa after cured for 30 d at 145℃.The plugging rate was more than 96% seven days after the curing of the water plugging profile modification system which lasted for 24 h at the salinity of 160 g/L.The viscosity of the system was less than 1 000 mPa · s all the time when the system is cured at 145℃ for 2.5 h.The viscosity of the system dropped by 8.33% after agitated for 30 min at the speed of 4 000 min~(-1),and the compression strength was 2.36 MPa 24 h later.The water plugging rate remained the same on the whole when water injection volume reached 30 PV in subsequent water flooding operation.This compound water plugging profile modification system can meet the requirements of water shutoff and profile modification for the exploitation of high temperature and high salt content oil reservoir.
Heavy oil was visbroke chemically by sulfonation and oxidation .Accroding to the evaluation criterion for heavy oil breaker,the experimental conditions were determined as follows:reaction temperature 70℃, reaction time 1.5 hours,test temperature 50℃ using NDJ-79 rotary viscometer as test instrument.The effects of amount of sulfonate,oxidant,surfactant,and alkaline on viscosity of heavy oil were examined.The optimum formulation was as follows:sulfonate 4.5% ,oxidant 4.5% ,surfactant 0.5% ,alkaline 0.2% .The viscosity reduction rate of the system was 22%-36% under the above conditions.
In order to meet the requirements of heavy oil thermal recovery on cementing cement,this simulation of heavy oil thermal recovery well cement at room temperature solidification,high-temperature thermal recovery of the formation of this special environment,first slurry at atmospheric pressure at 70 ℃ for three days later by a thermal temperature and pressure conservation.In this paper studies at different high temperatures silica sand grain size on the impact of cement strength development as well as the different Ca/Si ratio on impact of the recession of well cement at different high temperature gradient,described the reason that the silica sand grain size and Ca/Si ratio can improve the strength and thermal stability of cement,found the best silica sand grain size and Ca/Si ratio from the mechanism.The studies have an important guiding significance in heavy oil recovery and develop.What is more,it provides a basis for further selection and design of heavy oil slurry system.
