本文基于制造业上市公司的微观数据,使用适合处理内生性问题的倾向评分匹配、双重差分模型估计模型和工具变量法,探寻因产融结合而变化的系统性内生变量如何作用于转型升级的动态演化过程.结果 发现参股非上市银行这种产融结合方式可以促进制造业企业的转型升级,随着参股比例的提升转型升级的程度越高,并且发现参股非上市银行这种产融结合模式起作用的微观机制是通过财务协同来实现的.

This paper focuses on the university students' innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in our country. Innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities is of great significance for scientific and technological development. University students' innovation and entrepreneurship education is beneficial to facilitate education reform and to promote comprehensive quality of university students and ultimately to advance the overall development of university students. However, the innovation and entrepreneurship education of our country has many problems that mainly reflect in immature education idea, weak teachers group and old education content at present. Through deepening the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, strengthening the teachers group of innovation and entrepreneurship education, updating teaching content and other aspects, we could implement the reform of university students' innovation and entrepreneurship education.
The transient thermo-piezoelectric response of a functionally graded piezoelectric rod subjected to a moving heat source is investigated in the context of fractional order theory of thermoelasticity proposed by Sherief. The material properties of the functionally graded piezoelectric rod are assumed to vary exponentially along the length, except for the thermal relaxation time and the specific heat, which are taken to be constant. To solve the governing equations of the problem, Laplace transform is applied, eliminating the time effect; the analytical solutions of the displacement, stress, temperature, and electric field in Laplace domain are obtained. Subsequently, the solutions of the considered variables in time domain are obtained by numerical Laplace inversion and illustrated graphically. In calculation, the effect of the fractional order parameter on the variations of the considered variables is presented.
Ablation behavior of double-layer ZrB2-based ceramic coating for lightweight ZrB2 modified carbon bonded carbon fiber (CBCFs/ZrB2) composites was tested under an oxyacetylene flame at elevate temperature (1500, 1600 and 1700 degrees C) for 600s. The results indicate that the ablation temperature has significant effect on the microstructure and ablation behavior of the coated CBCFs/ZrB2 composites. The as-prepared coating could efficiently protect CBCFs/ZrB2 composites against oxidation from 1500 to 1700 degrees C for 600s. The ZrB2-based ceramic coating had a good self-healing ability at 1500 degrees C and 1600 degrees C. With the increasing ablation temperature to 1700 degrees C, the coating exhibited severe ablation. However, the molten SiO2 from the coating seeped into the CBCFs/ZrB2 composites forming a coating layer on the carbon fibers surface which acted as an efficacious oxidation protective barrier. 如何构建创新创业教育的课程体系是大学有效开展创新创业教育的核心问题.文章在梳理我国创新创业教育课程发展现状的同时,通过对清华大学的创业教育进行分析,提出要构建一个高效的创业教育课程生态系统,必须要从“专业教育与创业教育”、“必修课程与选修课程”相融合的角度,突破目前创新创业教育课程缺乏系统设计、课程内容与实践脱节等问题,打造一个多层次的创新创业教育课程体系.
注册制改革日益临近,严格的信息披露作为注册制的核心,其有效实现需要政府的"有形之手"和市场的"无形之手"的共同作用。虽然注册制改革的方向业已确定,但相关措施的出台和其有效性还有待于时间的检验。为此,在政府和市场两个层面上提供了一些可供操作的思路,以期完善注册制背景下的信息披露监管模式,从而化解内幕交易、操纵市场和虚假陈述等这些证券市场的痼疾。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities is of great significance for in-dustrialization of scientific and technological innovations.This paper began with the meaning of univer-sity innovation and entrepreneurship education,elaborated its current status,presented existing prob-lems,and introduced the “university-government-enterprise”ecological network model for analyzing innovation and entrepreneurial activities in Graduate School at Shenzhen,Tsinghua University.Lastly we put forward some specific methods for utilizing the ecological network model to solve problems in in-novation and entrepreneurship education.

Buckling analysis is a technique used to determine buckling load and buckled mode shape. Buckling load is the critical load at which a structure becomes unstable while buckled mode shape is the characteristic shape associated with a structure's buckled response. In this paper, the elastic thermal buckling of a heated cyclic symmetry structure is carried out by means of finite element method. The buckling cyclic symmetry analysis is focused on a ring-strut-ring structure which is extensively used as a basic element in rotating machines. The linear eigenvalue buckling analysis is adopted to determine the buckling response with the temperature change of the structure.

Therefore, in order to obtain successful results during a hyperelastic analysis, it is necessary to accurately assess the material constants of the materials being examined. Material constants are generally derived for a material using experimental stress-strain data. It is recommended that this test data be taken from several modes of deformation over a wide range of strain values. In fact, it has been observed that to achieve stability, the material constants should be fit using test data in at least as many deformation states as will be experienced in the analysis. The goal of hyperelastic material Structure Analysis is to find the best use of material for a body such that an objective criteria takes out a maximum/minimum value subject to given constraints.

Research on interorganizational relationship have become the core field of the interorganizational theories, and attract a lot of scholar whose research base on different subjects to give extensive focus. The construct theories of interorganizational relationship have formed seven theoretical modes which includes Transaction Costs Economics and Resource Dependence and so on. This paper summarizes those theoretical modes and their integrated research. It is argued that the current research exist the limitations of content one-sidedness, etc. At last this paper proposes the outlook of interorganizational relationship's development.
