针对标准粒子群算法中种群多样性丧失导致过早收敛、陷入局部最优解等问题,借鉴自然界中动物群体分工协作的现象,引入粒子协作模式概念,不同协作模式代表了粒子的不同行为模式,群体分工协作可有效保持种群多样性、增强算法寻优能力和改善早熟收敛问题,基于分工协作优点提出一种基于微粒群体分工协作的粒子群优化算法.使用几种典型的基准测试函数进行仿真试验,结果显示改进后的算法寻优能力显著高于标准粒子群算法,与其他改进算法相比较,所提算法的寻优能力具有一定优势.

We compare Generic Algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm by several benchmark functions. The result indicates that Particle Swarm Optimization is better than Generic Algorithm in optimum value and searching speed.

A semantic annotation method on the web space for supporting user browsing activities was proposed.Semantic transcoding which is translation techniques based on the reference ontology is exploited.It can make the features extracted from the annotated and semantically homogeneous resources,then user intention models are built with access patterns of the annotated resources,and probability approach can be used to recognize user intentions.Semantic transcoded resources can be compared with each other or with the estimated user intentions.Furthermore,the similarity between a particular user intention and resources with heuristic functions was measured.Finally,in browsing semantically heterogeneous web space,users can search well the relevant information.

A particle swarm optimization that can make use of distributed computing property of cloud computing is proposed.The simulation results show that the algorithm can take the property of cloud computing,and that in tests of three common Benchmark functions,the average minimum found by the algorithm is at least 71% less than the standard PSO with an equal number of particles.

Concerning the fact that the standard Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) algorithm has the problem of population diversity lose and premature convergence,using the feature of independent individual behavior of social animals in nature for reference,this paper proposes the concept of individual state.A Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) algorithm based on individual state and state transition is proposed and tested with several typical benchmark functions.The result indicates that the algorithm is significantly superior to standard PSO in performance of optimization.Compared with other improved algorithms,it is also excellent in performance of optimization.
