The aspects that affect the machining precision were analyzed.The principle of the NC interpolation by the point-by-point comparison method was introduced by exemplifing a straight line and a circle.The block design was also afforded.The dynamic simulation for NC interpolation was realized on the platform of C++ Builder,which makes the NC interpolation more favorable for visualization.
In order to develop a class of interpolation algorithms which can drive the cutter of a CNC machine along three-dimensional trajectories,this paper proposes two efficient and accurate methods.Implicit definition was used to interpolate the intersection curve on the basis of step selection rules,while straight-line segments were used to approximate the desired path for the parametric curve.These two methods have high efficient for interpolation algorithms which can drive the cutter of a CNC machine along three-dimensional trajectories.
A design of NC equipment's special keyboard is presented.This design adopts Atmel Corporation's single-chip AT89S51 as the microcontroller of the system,to achieve the keyboard with special control function in the NC system which is based on Windows OS.This kind of keyboard has excellent practicability and sensitivity,and it can be capable of input function in the Windows OS,as well as control function under NC system.

The difficulty in making magnetic abrasive grains is the main problem which hinders the development of magnetic abrasive finishing.Low price,good finishing capability and high life magnetic abrasive grains were required to promote the development of magnetic abrasive finishing.Every kind of preparation methods of magnetic abrasive grains was introduced and a new preparation method called rapid solidification atomization was proposed in this paper.At last,some valuable datas were given,which are important to making magnetic abrasive grains.
