The innovative application of indirect feedback alignment (IFA) in deep learning enhances workplace self-confidence analytics through cognitive agent modeling. IFA addresses the challenge of credit assignment in multi-layer neural networks, offering a more efficient and biologically plausible alternative to traditional backpropagation methods. The paper delves into the integration of IFA in workplace dynamics, focusing on the development of a state-determined system to describe and analyze the dynamics of self-confidence, self-concept, self-esteem, and self-efficacy among employees. Utilizing a combination of endogenous and exogenous factors, the study presents a comprehensive model that captures the complex interplay of these factors in professional settings. The research further conducts experiments to observe and analyze the behavior and pattern formation among real workers in various settings, demonstrating the practical implications of the theoretical model. The findings highlight the potential of IFA in enhancing and accelerating the components of deep learning associated with self-confidence in the workplace, contributing significantly to the fields of neural computation and cognitive psychology. The proposed method was tested in various situations to assess its alignment with the core concepts of workplace self-confidence. Mathematical analysis was employed to explore feasible equilibrium conditions and compatible cases found in the literature.

The human resources department, as a dynamic mechanism in the hotel business, is a supporter and a manager who manages the corporation to grow by planning, supervising, and assuring the expected performance leads to desirable outcomes. The situation of spread of the COVID-19 virus has resulted in businesses and labor departments having to adapt to survive by upgrading existing knowledge and adding new skills. Therefore, this research aims to describe components and models of necessary skills development for performance affecting dynamic capabilities and performance in a new normal era for human resources managers of five-star hotels in Phuket Province, which are crucial components in an increased corporation’s sustainability and performance in terms of personnel efficiency, assets, funds, and information. This research is quantitative, and research data was collected from a total of 384 human resource managers of five-star hotels. There was a mutual discussion of factor analysis and structural equation results with three human resources managers who have been successful for not less than seven years in their work. The components consisted of systematic consideration through the following causes: necessary skills; professional skills, work skills, and emotional skills, mediator variables; dynamic capabilities, and organizational performance. This research also discussed five guidelines for developing the necessary skills for performance. As various factors have affected the performance in the new normal era, the human resources executives of five-star hotels in Phuket province should apply them and consider them together with their business plans for setting the strategic plan of organizational management, management, administrative, and human resources development. This research aims to describe the factors and patterns of relationships involved in dominant professional skills development by focusing on social skills that influence organizational learning for business sustainability and operational efficiency enhancement. The research provides guidelines that hotel businesses in Phuket Province can use to implement strategies in a currently rapidly-changing and competitive environment. This study shows that professional and social skills influencing the organizational performance of the hotel businesses in Phuket include communication, leadership, problem solving, and teamwork skill. This analytical result is based on resource -based and service innovation theories and can be used to improve organizations operating performance.
In the workplace, indications of self-awareness and emotional intelligence will be unavoidable.Certain standards consider these symptoms to be appropriate because they are a vital element of keeping people informed (or commonly known as self-confidence).Recent research, on the other hand, has focused on external characteristics of self-confidence and has lacked adaptable strategies for dealing with individual self-confidence dynamics.This study investigated the use of an agent-based modelling approach for workplace self-confidence.It focuses on the dynamic influences of environmental and personal factors on work self-esteem, self-efficacy, self-concept, and selfconfidence.Based on several personality characteristics and environmental conditions, the results included four scenarios (self-esteem, self-efficacy, self-concept, and self-confidence).In order to describe self-confidence agentbased modeling of complex sociotechnical systems in the literature based on empirical investigation, automated logical verification was used to validate this computational model.Finally, equilibria analysis was performed to evaluate this computational model in order to discover if there were any weaknesses.The suggested computational agent-based model has shown realistic behavior patterns that are compatible with workplace self-esteem, selfefficacy, self-concept, and self-confidence.
Self-awareness emotional intelligence symptoms will be unavoidable in the job.These symptoms are generally regarded as acceptable by certain standards, as they are an important part of keeping people informed (or commonly known as situational awareness).However, the most recent research focuses on external components of situational awareness aspects and lacks adaptable methods to deal with the individual's situational awareness dynamics.This study investigated the use of an agent-based modeling strategy for situational awareness in the workplace.It focuses on environmental and personal factors that influence the level of situational awareness at work in a dynamic way.The outcomes included a range of scenarios that corresponded to various personality traits and environmental conditions.Finally, equilibria analysis and automated logical verification were employed to evaluate this computational model in order to check whether there were any conceptual defects, as indicated in the literature.The suggested computational agent-based model has shown rational behavior patterns that are consistent with existing psychology literature on situational awareness in the workplace.
The purpose of this research was to study the effect of dynamic knowledge management capability on high-performance organizations and organizational performance. The data collection was carried out using questionnaires from 4-5-star hotels in Thailand, for a total of 148 hotels. The data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics followed by Pearson’s correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The research results revealed that dynamic knowledge management capability had a positive direct effect on high-performing organizations and a positive indirect effect on organizational performance. Therefore, executives should emphasize the building of dynamic knowledge management capabilities to improve the performance of high-performance organizations, which will lead to performance strength beyond rivals. This academic article aims to explain and analyzing the leverages, components, and strategies implemented in building halal entrepreneurs' social capabilities and sustainability, as well as to propose a model of effective halal entrepreneurship that can be used as a guideline to enhance potentials of halal entrepreneurs in the rapidly-changing environments. Mindfulness of being an innovative entrepreneur, it is implemented around several factors: social partnership, innovation process strategy, human resource networking, new markets seized from networking, and benefits and shared investment organization of demand. The theoretical framework is the Social Capital theory. Social capitals are regarded as social structures or organizations to develop living-standard quality and lead political development, economy, and society. All these factors are dependent on social capabilities of entrepreneurs, which relied on (1) the building of network capabilities, (2) creating knowledge and shared visions, (3) learning process and adaptation, and (4) social movements of innovation capabilities. The outcomes of the study suggested halal entrepreneurs to employ internal social capital capabilities, stable social capital capabilities, and dynamic social capital capabilities in operations. The halal entrepreneurs must recognize their own distinctive features from non-halal enterprises in order to create diversity and strengths among the networking members and eventually develop the innovative and sustainable organizations.
This research aims to describe components and relationship models of a business organization’s innovation management model affecting the innovative behaviour of executives of hotels’ human resources. An empirical study was conducted on 4- to 5-star hotels in Phuket Province seeking to become sustainable businesses by increasing the efficiency of performance and setting guidelines for hotel businesses to form a performance model relating to administration and human resource development in the midst of ongoing environmental changes. Questionnaires were used to collect data from 405 human resources executives of 4- 5 stars hotels in Phuket Province, Thailand. The data analysis first involved applying descriptive statistics and then adopting Pearson correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling. The results show that innovative behaviour has had a positive effect on task performance and that causal factors including valuable human resources,transformational leadership, and innovation atmosphere have had a direct positive impact on innovative behaviour. Furthermore, we found positive direct and indirect effects on task performance.
This research analyzed the performance and innovation of entrepreneurs within the tourism industry. Human capital and service innovation capability were identified as contributing factors to performance. This study employed a mixed-method approach. Qualitative data were obtained via interviews and note-taking from twenty entrepreneurs of southern tour operators in the southern part of Thailand. Quantitative data were collected from 360 administrators among tour operators in the provinces of Phuket, Phang-Nga and Krabi using probability sampling and a systemic random sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed following descriptive analysis, and structural equation modelling was employed in the analysis of quantitative data. The findings revealed that the confirmatory factor analysis of Human Capital consisted of Social Capital, Entrepreneurship Orientation and Strategic Orientation, while the factors of Service Innovation Capability, involved Service Innovation Ideas, Technology Integration Ability and Business Co-creation Synergy. In addition, it was found that Social Capital, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Orientation and Service Innovation Capability have positive effects on Firm Performance. To achieve sustainable tourism, the entrepreneurs and related parties should seriously focus on strategies for promoting entrepreneurs, networking and innovative tourism policies.
The main objective of this research is to study and develop the strategic intuition indicators of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Thailand. The results will serve as a guideline for creating a model to develop the strategic intuition capability of entrepreneurs in Thailand in the future. The research studies relevant literature from empirical data and tests the consistency of a linear structural relationship model by using component analysis techniques. A questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of entrepreneurs who are SMEs from the database of the Thailand Exporter Directory, the Ministry of Commerce. The results showed that the developed strategic intuition model is in harmony with empirical data, with the strategic intuition variables consisting of three main components: (1) Sensing capabilities, (2) Aggressive thinking capabilities, and (3) Strategic decision capabilities, with a positive value. It was also found that in each component of the measurement model, strategic insight had the same straightness, and the variability of the structural confidence values passed the standard criteria.
This research seeks to explain factors and relationship models of entrepreneurs capable of building service innovations in Andaman coast with the ultimate aim to ignite sufficient development of regional tourism, increase working potentials, and provide a guideline for tour operations. Initially, document examination and discussions with five experts were conducted to build in-depth interview questions. 19 entrepreneurs were interviewed to examine factors involved and we consulted later with the five experts and six successful entrepreneurs in the regions, as well as with the representatives of the Association of Thai Tour Operators and Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) of Phuket, Krabi, and Trang. The results were analyzed according to the theory of resource-based and innovative entrepreneurs. The factors obtained were generated from systematic causes: Nature of Entrepreneurships and Organizational capabilities, the mediator variables of Service Innovation Capability; and Organizational Performance (non-finance). Moreover, the external factors needing to be adjusted regarding the environmental changes were described. The tour operators are suggested to build networking to increase tourism potential with sustainability by providing the entrepreneurs opportunities to be involved in tourism development, accessing the knowledge, technology and innovations resulting in sustainable tourism, quality livelihood, and sustainable ecological management of communities.
The purpose of this study is to examine the predictive effects of intuition, business analytic, networking capabilities on innovation performance. The data was collected using a cross-sectional quantitative survey. A total of 292 useable responses were collected from Thai Processed Food Exporters (TPFE). The findings also indicated that the hypothesized relationships between the independent and dependent variables fit the empirical data. Specifically, it is revealed that strategic intuition, business analytic capabilities, network-based capabilities and dynamic capabilities had a direct effect on dynamic strategy. They also had statistically significant direct and indirect effects on dynamic performance. Based on the results of the correlation test, the researchers developed a dynamic capability model for the development of the dynamic performance of the operators, which included concepts, principles, methods, tools and guidelines. Furthermore, the impacts of intuition, business analytic, networking capabilities on dynamic strategy are also examined in this study. It makes a considerable contribution to the existing literature on dynamic strategy of TPFE, particularly in regards to explaining the performance.

Therefore, the basis for the development of the organization by using its capabilities as a strategic capability, the author investigated the literature on the concepts of human capital development and the analysis of the strategic leverage of innovative entrepreneurs divided into three issues: 1) the relationship of human capital and strategic upgrading; 2) the human capital development of entrepreneurs; and 3) the concept of upgrading the strategies of innovative entrepreneurs. Referring to the literature reviews, the study concluded that entrepreneurs need to focus on relationship-oriented systems and strategies as critical processes within the organization, such as focusing on being an innovative entrepreneur, dynamic value chain management, data and information management, and enhancing business competition pattern and creating business networks. The strategic policies should be integrated of internal resources to match the new challenges arising from external factors, responding to change and competing more effectively.
This exploratory research investigates how firms upgrade their strategic capabilities for superior returns of current markets and enable their entry into a new industry. The study explores how the current successful entrepreneurs build their organisation’s strategic capabilities and achieve their sustained strategic capabilities in today’s rapidly changing environment. As this is an exploratory study, a qualitative approach is used. We first interviewed the expert academicians in strategic management in order to validate and verify our research instrument. We then interviewed the sample successful entrepreneurs in the rubber industry in the South of Thailand on how they developed and adapted their strategies over time to sustain their competitiveness in the relevant product markets. Finally, a case study is used to illustrate how a successful company of latex product export industry became competitive in its new industry entry. This study finds that there is a positive systematic relationship between organisational strategic capabilities, namely resource-based capabilities (RBCs), knowledge-based capabilities (KBCs), network-based capabilities (NBCs), and organisational dynamic strategies. This relationship is linked to the development of a dynamic, process-oriented strategy that seeks to maintain a higher return on investment and to focus on new markets. This study contributes to the theoretical knowledge of strategic management, and its practical implication is that entrepreneurs should focus on developing dynamic capabilities of their firm to cope with the constantly changing environment nowadays.
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the relationship between knowledge management and employee engagement of organizational hotel business in Thailand. To the decision to choose the strategy or assignment is to develop and maintain a policy of human resources in organizations. The quota sampling population consisted of 328 Hotels from the 4 and 5 star hotels which were certified and approved from the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). The research instrument was questionnaires was used to collect data and use the statistics to analyze the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Pearson's Product-Moment Coefficient. The finding showed that 5 star hotel offers a level of process knowledge management and employee engagement to the organization over a 4 star appearance ownership and membership in the Institute of Hotel on the factors of knowledge management and commitment. During the opening of the hotel's 20 years or above with most organizational commitment as well and the number of staff with appropriate knowledge management processes and organizational commitment of over to 200 people at a significance level of 0.05.
The development innovative capability of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a competitive tool that is crucial to the success of entrepreneurs. It is also the expectations of the country as a key role for creating economic growth in the country. Therefore, to be the basis for entrepreneurs development capabilities by using the innovative capability, the authors have studied the literature on the concept and analysis of the network-based capability, which is the ability to develop innovation, divided into two subthemes: 1) the resources-based capability, and 2) the knowledge-based capability. As a result, innovative ability developments of entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized enterprises have to focus on the key factors in the organization which is the capabilities and resources of the organization.
