个人简介
My research is at the intersection of Deep Learning Theory and Computer Vision. I try to answer questions regarding the inner workings of deep neural networks (DNNs) used in Computer Vision by harnessing piecewise linear approximation theory, e.g., spline theory. One particular shortcoming for current literature in this direction is the lack of transferability of such theory to practical large-scale DNNs. My focus is towards developing theoretically inspired frameworks that can be used to analyze, visualize, characterize and improve even state-of-the-art Deep Neural Networks and Generative Models.
