Wu Shenjiang, Dr., Professor, Doctoral supervisor.(吴慎将,博士生导师,西安工业大学教授)
He was born in Anhui Province, China, in August 1979.
He received the M.S. degree in optical engineering from Xi'an Technological University, Xi'an, China, in 2006 and the Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics from Xi'an University of Technology, Xi’an, in 2013. He is currently a Professor with the Physical Electronics, Xi'an Technological University, Xi'an.
His RESEARCH INTERESTS as flow:
Thin film technology.
Laser processing technologies and equipment.
Laser packaging.
