Research interests:
Key materials and Interfaces for carbon nanotube based electronics. With the advanced electron microscopy and spectroscopy as major tools, we are aiming at exploring the key materials single-walled carbon nanotubes (individual, network film and array film) and their interfaces with other device components (that are CNT-CNT junction, CNT-polymeter, CNT-metal contact, CNT-high-k dielectrics, high-k dielectric-gate electrode etc).
