个人简介
Junyoung Song (S’08–M’14) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Korea University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2014.
He has been with the PMA I/O Group, Programmable Solution Group, Intel, Santa Clara, CA, USA, since 2014, where he is currently a Senior Design Engineer. He has co-authored the book High-Bandwidth Memory Interface (Springer, 2013). He has authored over ten papers in the field of wireline interface, four of them in ISSCC about the memory interface.
Dr. Song received the Minister of Ministry of Education and the Science and Technology Award in Korea Semiconductor Design Contest in 2011.
