个人简介
Dr. Kambhamettu’s research interests include Bioinformatics, Computer vision, Computer Graphics & Visualization and Bio-medical Image Analysis. He is particularly interested in shape modeling and motion analysis of dynamic objects. In Bioinformatics, he has been working on the problems of Microarray image analysis & visualization and 3D Protein-Protein Docking.
He has written several articles that were published in professional journals including, IEEE Trans. on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, IEEE Trans. on Medical Imaging, Graphical Models and Image Processing and Pattern Recognition. Dr. Kambhamettu is on the Editorial Board of Pattern Recognition Journal.
