个人简介
Maria Joao Fraqueza completed her PhD in Veterinary Science in 2006 at the University of Lisbon Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. She is an Associate Professor with a Habilitation in Food Safety at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Lisbon. Professor of Food Technology in the Integrated Master of Veterinary Medicine. She is currently the co-coordinator of the Master in Food Safety at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Lisbon. Please see Orcid or Scopus database.
