个人简介
I use computational tools to study the spread, immunological control and cure of chronic, persistent infectious diseases such as HIV, HSV and HBV. I am also interested in understanding the effects of spatial structure on the ecological and evolutionary dynamics of populations. I enjoy working at the interface of computer science, engineering and biomedicine. Currently focused on viral genomics and math models of virus-host interactions.
