个人简介
I graduated in chemistry from a French chartered engineering school (ENSCL) but decided to explore my interest in statistical inference and modeling by joining INRAE unit MAIAGE for a PhD under the direction of Béatrice Laroche. I developed a data driven low dimensional representation of functional partitioning of human gut microbiota. Since then, I have been part of Christopher Quince team as a Postdoc and picked up bioinformatics. I worked on different topics such as AMR diffusion in rivers, syntrophies in anaerobic digester or isolation of fungal genomes in soil metagenome.
My main objects of study are reference free bioinformatic methods adapted to environmental projects. My interests span multiple subjects from development of bioinformatics tools, usable by other people than me, to strain resolution in metagenomic, but also including more general questions such as understanding and representing modality of microbial community assembly.
