个人简介
I am a Professionally agriculture-geochemist, hydrologist, and environment interaction scientist. I did my Ph.D. from the Institute of Geochemistry, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guiyang, Guizhou, China. I recently worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Geochemistry, Guiyang, with a strong work experience in Environmental Geo-Chemistry; I have strong background knowledge of Potentially Toxic Metal contamination in the soil Plant rice, water systems, and health risk assessment. Since, I have been involved in the study of screening and evaluation of pollutants in different environmental mediums (Soil, Plant food grains, and water system) during my doctoral and postdoctoral research.
During my research career, I equipped myself with a comprehensive knowledge of Potentially Toxic Metal pollution in plant soil and water systems and its health impacts. I understand the fundamental chemical behaviours, sources, processes, and endpoints of trace element contamination in soil-rice plant and groundwater systems and geochemical behaviors using advanced methods. Insights into the mechanisms of Potentially Toxic Metal interactions and the associated toxicity in plants, animals, and humans. Understanding vertical mixing by isotopes of hydrogen and oxygen and its role in controlling arsenic concentrations in the groundwater system. Hydro-geochemical processes control groundwater chemistry, ultimately affecting groundwater contamination of fluoride and Potentially Toxic Metal in the groundwater system.
I won the Excellent International Graduate Award (2018 & 2018) and the Excellent International Graduate Award (2020) from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China.
Additionally, I have published several research papers for various reputed journals, including Journal of Hazardous Materials, Environmental Pollution, Science of the Total Environment, Critical Reviews Environmental Science & Technology, etc.
